Following the results of our recent community poll, LitecoinII will move forward with replacing the current 2016-block difficulty adjustment algorithm.
I have a few questions about the community poll and how decisions are made:

1. Where exactly was the poll conducted?
2. Who was eligible to vote?
3. Was it one vote per person, or was voting power based on coin holdings, hashrate, or some other factor?
4. How many people participated in the poll?
5. What level of support was considered sufficient for the proposal to pass?
6. Was the outcome of the poll binding on the developer, or was it only advisory?
7. Who ultimately has the authority to approve the change and merge it into the code?
