In March 2026 I decided to try Winna Casino after seeing several promotions and reading mixed feedback online. This post is basically my personal Winna review and a heads-up for anyone considering signing up.
One of the main reasons I registered was the welcome promotion that included a welcome code advertised for new players. After creating my account on Winna Casino, I attempted to apply the welcome code during my first deposit as instructed.
The problem is that the code simply didn’t work.
I checked everything multiple times — correct spelling, capitalization, eligibility requirements, and whether the code had expired. The promotion was still being actively advertised, so I assumed it should work for new players. Despite this, the system kept rejecting the code and no bonus was applied.
This is just my experience, but situations like this are exactly why people start searching for terms like “Winna scam” before depositing. When promotions are advertised but the welcome code does not work, it raises questions about how carefully these offers are managed.
Again, this post is simply my Winna review and experience with Winna Casino. I’m not saying everyone will have the same issue, but I would strongly recommend confirming that any welcome code or promotion is actually working before making a deposit.

Issue:
Welcome code not working
Additional Notes:
Players considering Winna Casino should double check promotions and bonus codes before depositing. If the welcome code is a deciding factor, make sure it actually works first. Situations like this are why many players search for a Winna review or look into whether Winna is a scam before signing up.

Did you try messaging live support or emailing support and see if they could apply the code for you? I'm not a fan of winna myself for other reasons, but I have had 0 issues with deposits and withdraws.

I assume the code was a free few bucks for signing up?

This is not a scam. They are basically giving out free codes, and if it doesn’t work, you can simply withdraw your money.

Signing up and receiving an invalid welcome code is not a scam, although it may be misleading.

It shouldn't be a scam accusation but rather a bad review about the codes not working. These things sometimes happen with casinos and the best thing you should have done at first would have been to talk to support to rectify the issue.
But no, you just rushed here to open a scam accusation. I hope you feel happy about it.

I understand the frustration but it's important to know where you got the code from. Which site? Do you have a screenshot where a code like this is advertised? When I made my account I didn't have any code or anything similar. Did you maybe use an affiliate code from a streamer? Sometimes relationships with streams end (just like recently with goobr) so maybe then they also deactivate their code.
No clue if that might be the case, just giving some examples to what could have happened.

When I google searched "winna.com code new players" I didn't really fine anything, especially not on their site.
