I am publishing this thread as a personal case of fraud committed by the website mynitro.io, formerly nitrobetting.eu.

My user ID: NIT114092

On 12.06.2025, I submitted a request for withdrawal. That was exactly 9 months ago. I have not received any payment since then. I have contacted them dozens of times, but each time they only replied that my payment was being reviewed.
Last month, I contacted them again, specifically their loyalty manager. At one point, I thought that I could finally count on my payment being processed, but it was just another form of deception.
On 13.02.2026 I was told they review my account and found something that requires additional verification.

Quote
I have spoken directly with our processing team regarding your withdrawal, and I can confirm that your case is currently under review. During their assessment, they identified a specific betting pattern that requires additional verification.

I agreed that if verification on my part was necessary, I would carry it out. However, later, on 03.03.2026, I was informed that they could not process my request because my account had been inactive for too long.

Quote
I would like to inform you that I have personally spoken with the Processing Manager regarding your payout request. Unfortunately, I was not able to expedite the process at this time due to the fact that the account has remained inactive for an extended period.
This is really insane as I'm trying to withdraw my funds since 9 months and they tell me now they can not process it because I'm inactive waiting for processing my withdrawal.

I think that users of this forum are aware of the current situation with mynitro.io. I previously started a discussion about whether this operator is close to bankruptcy, but six months have passed and the website is still operating. Their latest excuse indicates that they are trying to force me to continue playing at their casino, most likely because they do not have the funds to pay out winnings to players.
I am not the only user reporting similar cases of huge delays in payments. I would like to keep this thread running as the others until the website settles its outstanding payments or ceases operations.

This is very common with this platform. You can take a look at the trust feedback on the profile of their inactive representative, it clearly paints the picture and the truth is it is very unlikely that you are going to get your money back after this long.
I think that users of this forum are aware of the current situation with mynitro.io. I previously started a discussion about whether this operator is close to bankruptcy, but six months have passed and the website is still operating.
They are still operating because they are selective scammers, so they are looking for unsuspecting people who do not know about their history of scam and then go on steal their funds.

The idea of redirecting their original domain to this new domain that is 4 months and 26 days old, and relying on it instead of the old one, as well as creating new communication channels, is not a coincidence. Rather, it is to deceive players and try to erase the fraud accusations related to the old domain.

Take a look at the Trustpilot reviews for both domains [mynitro.io] + [nitrobetting.eu] all negative reviews clearly indicate that the platform is untrustworthy, and many users will not be able to withdraw their funds.

I’m sorry for your loss, but if you had done thorough research, you could have avoided them. They are still active today to steal more funds from players who are unaware of their dark history.

that's their scam strategy, change domain and name, scam people for a while, and once a lot of scam accusations and bad reviews start piling up, do the same all over again. if i remember correctly, they used to be nitrogensports.eu (this was when they were legit before they turned into a scam) then changed to nitrobetting.eu, then to mynitro.io now.

Yeah, they went from Nitrogensports to Nitrobetting and then now to mynitro. the domain names and "branding" keep changing, but what does not change are their scam patterns and complaints about their service in this board

What is worse is that the complaints that come up here are never resolved. it's like they don't care about their reputaion anymore.

I registered there around the same time the flag was imposted. Back then, I don't think the delay issue was that big of a deal. Nowadays, it's a huge problem, because many people, like me, have to wait months for their funds to be paid out.

OP thinks that they didn't process his withdrawal because they don't have enough funds, so either they have to pay him his withdrawal or they should shut down. Poor guy.
OP, don't expect a casino can't pay 57mBTC. It is a very small amount at the point they even dumb scammers would pay it to encourage you return and keep playing. They are are scammers ready to steal all the deposits even few cents. As you can see, their strategy is to change the branding domain, and it seems their scam strategy is generating some profits. Forget about your money and dyor next time. Some lessons in life are a little bit expensive. Sorry for your loss bro.

As long as there are people who are too lazy to conduct their own research or verify the reputation of the platforms where they deposit their money, scams will never stop and they may launch more domains under various brand names. Problem solving and quick response to customer inquiries and concerns are indeed what distinguishes any platform striving to build a long-term reputation and a lasting entity in the industry, a scam platform has only one intention to rob you, regardless of anything else.

LOL, what a disgusting thing to deny withdraw because account is 'inactive'. They have truly lost all shame and integrity.

Its really sad what the OG crypto sportsbook has turned into, at one point they were THE place to gamble with BTC, terrible management turned it into this scam shithole. Really feel for all the people who got scammed through their decades old history  Angry

Update, now inactivity excuse evolved to multiple account accusation.

Their latest reply
Quote
Your withdrawal request was placed on hold following a routine security review.
During this process, it came to our attention that your account appears to be related to another account with which we currently have an outstanding matter. For this reason, we would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation regarding your relationship with account NIT114085.

I don't know what this account is, it only has near identification to mine which looks like their another excuse to delay and not pay out the funds.
Why was this only noticed after nine months, and not earlier, when I was submitting my payment claims (I submitted at least three claims during that time)? It seems they didn’t give it a second thought each time.

At this pont, i don't even know why they are coming up with more bullshit, instead of just straight up officially scam you. It's pretty clear to me you will never see this money.

Nitro has become a scam tier level of the likes of 1xbit and betpanda. At this point it should be considered to be placed a sticky like with 1xbit.

There is no winning in this casino. You try to withdraw, they delay it. Then block it due to inactivity. Are they expecting people to deposit more to keep playing to avoid inactivity? It would be more respectable to just straight up scam, than dragging this situation for almost a year.

Not that I had great hope left to ever get my money but it seems they moved from the "Final review of your withdrawal any second now" to "We're just not going to pay you" phase of bankruptcy, here the mail they sent me a few days ago :

Quote
Hello James,
Thank you for your email. My name is Russell, and I’m the Loyalty Manager at Nitrobetting.eu. The Customer Support team has forwarded your message to me, and I’ve reviewed your account together with our Processing Manager.
After our review, here are the findings:

Since June 2023, you deposited a total of 2.22015 mBTC.
Out of the 2.22015 mBTC deposited, we have already processed payouts to you totaling 61.625 mBTC.

This means that you have received back your initial deposit, and 59.405 mBTC in profit.
Based on this, we consider that we have diligently honored our obligations. Therefore, we must inform you that no further payouts will be processed. Your account will remain open, but the remaining funds will be seized.
We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but please note that all winnings due to you have already been paid. Should you wish to continue playing with us, I will be glad to assist you with anything you may need.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Russell

I had an additional 41 mBTC left in my account.

Betpanda.io: Where deposits vanish faster than a panda's bamboo! Win big? Poof—account "suspiciously" locked & funds confiscated. Ultimate scam—avoid!

Update
At the moment, the processing of my withdrawal request has been put on hold because they are “investigating suspicious betting patterns,” and since I have no idea which account I’m supposedly linked to, they can’t complete the process.
It looks like my wait is finally over after 9 months, I’ll find out that I’ve been scammed, I suppose.

Maybe they want to pull off a Freebitco.in kind of exit strategy. Deny users withdrawals but keep accepting deposits until the website one day goes offline. In other words, any money that you deposit never comes out regardless of the outcome of your bets (wins or losses).

I can see their complaints and that their safety index was very low

How does this removal thing work? Is it Casinoguru that removes their review page, or is it the casino itself to avoid people seeing its very low ratings? If the case is the latter, then this explains why they are changing their domain names.

I just checked AskGamblers as well, and there is nothing there.

At least freebitco admin shows up from time to time and ever proceed some pending withdrawals. The person behind service subject of accusation here is rude that keep giving excuses like it is a legitimate service that is busy time investigating the case. I have found some other cases where they keep asking for additional deposit pretending it to be necessary to release locked funds. It is a confirmed scam.

Been waiting over 9 months and I keep getting replies with mysterious investigation-review of my withdrawal. This must be an ongoing scam, I don't think so I will ever see my btc.

Quote
Hello,
Thank you for your message, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of response and the extended delay. We understand how frustrating this situation is.
Your withdrawal is still under review by our Processing Team as part of an ongoing investigation. These reviews can take time depending on the checks involved, and we’re unable to provide an exact timeframe for completion at this stage.
Please rest assured that your request is active and your funds are safe. Your case remains under review and will be processed once all necessary checks are completed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

OP I really hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you haven't guessed it by now, you aren't going to be paid by these thieves.
You are better off just accepting the fact that a casino with a horrible reputation scammed you and move on with your life...
