Why does Binance global's P2P platform list payment methods like Zelle and Cash App, which are inaccessible to users residing outside the US? This is especially confusing since Binance global does not operate within the US, and Binance US does not even offer P2P services.
Furthermore, Binance Global P2P strictly requires that the payment account name matches the Binance account name (no third party payments allowed). If we assume that these traders are dual citizens who used their US identity to open Zelle/Cash App and another nationality to open their Binance global account, wouldn't this circumvent the very regulations that prevented Binance US from having a P2P platform in the first place?

First you can move this to Exchanges discussion board I guess. Click that "move" link on the bottom-left screen of this post and move it in this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0

Checked my P2P account on Binance Global and yeah there are options on both to be added as mode of payment but only Zelle is the one that asks me to reset my account for another KYC, maybe it will asks if I'm a US Citizen or something, which I may not know since I haven't proceeded with the process. That's really confusing and that's definitely valid claim considering both services are not available in my region, you think this is just some mistake they haven't figured out yet?

Weird, my account doesn't ask for another KYC, maybe you clicked on an ad,the merchant is asking for extra KYC.

As for whether this is a mistake, the answer is no. Zelle and Cash App have been there for years, and Zelle is among the hottest payment methods if you noticed

It's not a payment method directly integrated with Binance; they only lock the crypto in escrow. If it's still allowed on the platform, it means not everyone in the US is subject to the ban and can legally use it.

It's best to ask the P2P merchants themselves about this, as they determine the payment methods.

It did asked on me and I think it was probably the reason if I do want to use Zelle as another mode of payment, as for Cash App it doesn't require me to do so.

No, I'm not referring to both Zelle and Cash App, I'm referencing Binance Global here because it will really make no sense if you can't use the service of both payment methods but they inlcude it on their P2P mode of payments. Yes they are indeed hot and for me easy to use and more beginner friendly.

The same way you can see the US dollar as part of the fiat payment form in p2p even when US residents are banned. It does not mean that only USD residents can send and receive the USD

When you look at the ads accepting payments through Zelle, you will notice that they are most likely from Latin America or something like that

It's not new to binance, every possible payment options can be seen there, and its the same on any p2p platform. That warning/note about the same name is not always followed, their reasons, they already reach the limit and since you receive the payment, its someone reasonable to complete the transaction.
