Looks obviously a scam on that part, “withdrawals” will take days or weeks to process, no legit casino would do that. Most of them process withdrawals instantly and 24 hours is already the longest time for processing (unless an investigation happens).

But they can always accuse you of something and you can’t really fight them because they are new, probably don’t even have a license, so they can just disappear anytime. Why trust new casinos when we already have lots of casinos here. You are in the forum, you should know that.

Just like what @un_rank said, the top banner is already unprofessional and I don't think if anyone could won there, they wouldn't be able to withdraw their winnings, probably if its just few bucks or hundred bucks I think he will let it slide but if they win jackpot or something like that, he will definitely hold/delay those or won't pay at all. I've see the UI design before here in the forum and it came from a template from a cheap gambling site.

Honestly I’m quite surprised there are still casinos now that have a “faucet”, I thought those good old days were already gone. I have been on some of them of late. There is so much traffic in the casino business now from users and brands too, marketing departments need to work overtime to come up with ways to stay visible among the crowd, things like this is what they end up with sometimes. If run well it could be a short term success, but they are not always done right.

The name itself sounds odd since the .casino domain doesn't really inspire much confidence and the fact that they don't have a license doesn't help their case at all either. Reminds me of the messed up Betmoco scam recently in this forum.

This reminds me of nitrobetting platform that has completely turned into a scam. Their modus operandi is to scam people, change domain name, continue scamming and move over to the next domain. It is very obvious that this website is shady and anyone who gambles there runs the risk of losing their money, and that is going to be stupid, because there are so many other alternatives to gamble in.

The license can be spared. But the idea of how long you'll need to wait for the withdrawal does makes sense. And when you're near to that or have it followed up, they'll probably have one script that you've cheated on them, farmed their tokens and that's why it will be delayed. Or, another one is if they will tell you to have a deposit of specific amount so that you'll be able to withdraw. Yes, that doesn't just sound as a scam but it's an actual scam. I try to take a look at the bitquest.casino site, and I noticed they changed their name to swagbet.io. this act alone clearly shows that they are scam. So op you have been scammed and there is no means of recovery your money.

The problem with some users here is that they don't learn, after seeing where new casinos are being accuse of scam they still end up depositing funds to new casinos, because of free bonus and free spinning without taking a proper look on the gambling site.

If you are coming across a casino for the first time, and the casino attracts you in one or the other. First, check if the casino is license, if the casino is not license it is a big red flag don't make any deposit. Because you won't be getting your money back including your winnings.
