🏊 Solo Mining Pool Rankings — Live Luck Scores for 30+ Pools
Why does pool choice matter for solo mining?Your per-TH/s odds are mathematically identical on every solo pool — but pools vary massively in real-world performance. Some run at 200%+ luck. Others drag at 40%. Most miners have no idea there's a difference until they've been dry for months.
We just launched a
live pool comparison tool at
soloblocks.io/pools to fix that.
What you get:- Live luck scores — 24h / 7d / 30d for every major solo pool
- Hashrate estimates — how much combined power is pointed at each pool
- USD earned per day — based on current BTC price and block frequency
- Stratum connection info — exact URL, port, and username format for each pool
- 30+ pools tracked — CKPool Solo, OCEAN, Public Pool, FutureBit, Braiins Solo, NiceHash EasyMining, and more
What is "pool luck"?Luck =
(blocks found ÷ blocks expected) × 100100% = exactly on target
200% = found twice as many blocks as expected — very lucky
50% = found half the expected blocks — unlucky streak
Important: Bitcoin mining is a Poisson process — each block attempt is independent. A pool that has been unlucky is NOT statistically "due" a win. What luck scores tell you is whether the pool has
active hashrate and working infrastructure right now.
We use
30d as the primary signal — short windows (24h) are mostly noise.
Pools covered:CKPool Solo · OCEAN · Public Pool · FutureBit · Braiins Solo · NiceHash EasyMining · RedRock Pool · SBI Crypto · EMCD · NTminer · Poolin · iMine · CloverPool · 21Pool · Headframe · and more
Expand any pool row to see three panels:
- Value Mined — estimated USD earned based on luck and block reward
- Power Estimate — what hashrate is needed to match this pool's output
- Connect — stratum URL, port, username format, ready to paste into your miner
Free, no login required. Data updates every hour from mempool.space.
SoloBlocks.io also tracks every solo block found in real time — soloblocks.io
