These are the people who do not really like to enjoy their money, but rather they consider it better to make themselves successful and see themselves in peace with this money. Although there are some of us who have misused money and except for money in their life, they have no peace and they do not have any business with which they can fulfill their desires, while they have already put their father's money in peace. True talk.  to reach even a certain level of wealth or financial stability, you definitely need to have some knowledge, because money do not just appear out of nowhere. You can get lucky once or twice, but to actually build and maintain it needs an amount of knowledge.

And yea, some people inherit wealth, but tbh most of them end up wasting it if they do not get proper guidance or a good financial advisor.  without knowing how to handle what you get, even money you get off been privileged can disappear so fast.

Two kinds of people you're describing are not all that different from one another. Both of them are avoiding something. One with spending, one with accumulating. And that is difficult to say out loud. It is uncomfortable. We like to believe knowledge-seeking people are fundamentally different to hedonistic spenders. But sometimes "gaining knowledge" is just another form of being preoccupied enough to not sit with yourself. I've seen this. It's real.

I have also never seen anyone make money without knowledge, except for the special cases you mentioned. However, we need to clarify one thing. Knowledge here includes not only what we learn in school or formal education, but also what we learn from society, our surroundings, and the internet. Thats also knowledge, it doesnt necessarily have to come from school to be called knowledge.

That's why there is an adage that says to be educated is different from being wise, this means that you may be educated and yet not wise meanwhile a wise person may be better than that your education. Where is the problem? Every company come to career coaches to help solve problems, but no problem is always at sight when most coaches arrive the vicinity, it's always an 'underlying structure' eating up the growth of the company. Maybe financial leakages, incompetent teams. Humans have made one mistake, which is lifting up the word 'problem' to define and overtake how we should think. Problems never exists, there is no need for solutions either, we only need to take out the notion of thinking that they is need for solving a problem. Come to think of it, after the said solution is applied, the problems come back again after sometime to hunt the company. It's quite better to fix the underlying structure once and for all, and instil a sustainable growth strategy to help the business grow.
