In the world today, money plays a major role in development. Without money someone cannot be developed. On the other hand you can have money but without knowledge your money or wealth is nothing . Some time it's difficult to obtain both at the same time but whatever you do, make sure you obtain knowledge at all cost. Knowledge will definitely bring you money if you know how to make use of it. Sadly, knowledge is not free. You need money and of course make some sacrifices. So yeah, you need both to live a progressive life.

As for power, that's entirely a different thing. From childhood we were made to believe that knowledge is power, knowledge is also wealth. Growing up, we realise that knowledge alone cannot give you power. Money plays important role as can be seen in modern power play. I’m not entirely sure if knowledge is power, but rather that knowledge can generate money and money is what we need to get by in life because with money we can survive even though there might be people who can survive without it such as those who isolate themselves and live in the middle of the jungle.
But on second thought, extensive knowledge does make sense as a form of power though I can’t quite explain exactly how.  But money is clearly a form of power.

To me knowledge is the application of money, what I meant is that without knowledge Money is powerless, you might have money and still look powerless, but with knowledge you will control and command respect especially when you earn your money legitly. Knowledge is all we need to be powerful, with the right knowledge you can control people without having money. ​Well if I may say the value of knowledge is psychologically higher than money correct me if I am wrong. The reason behind this is that a person might have money but lack the financial management which is knowledge and in most cases they end up hiring people to do the work for them and those folks who are hired must indeed be knowledgeable.
