My question is this:
I wonder what are red flags that you guys watch for in order to avoid scams?

For me when scouting some good online casino and physical casino I am looking into following elements that should be present or at least existing within their platform.

-There some positive reviews from trusted site like bitcointalk forum or any other helpful site for doing some background check.
-Got some real funding with and not using any users fund to replenish trust from some prominent guys here.

Few months ago I came across one casino that felt very untrustworthy.

Despite that feeling I used it because I had some free bonuses there.

After a while I realised that my gut feeling was right and that this casino should not be trusted.

I took the time later and analysed what was different from other trustworthy casinos and found few red flags.

First red flag was that the casino was pretty new and unknown to me, I didn’t know it's reputation or anything about it.

Second, there was no information about about minimum withdrawal limits available on webpage.

It takes time sometimes to spot scam casinos, as they are smart to hide it carefully. Sad to say that many gamblers had lost already before we knew their true identity.

Casinos that are still new doesn't win my trust to use them unless others have tried it and confirmed it to be legit, that's not a red flag tho but that's how I avoid being scammed, by avoiding new casinos that I'm not familiar with. Secondly, when a casinos offer some bonus that are too good to be true, I don't go running to them with a huge deposit. For my own safety, when I see a new casino, I just totally avoid them because that helps me not to fall victim to the scammers.
