The FBI is asking games who might have inadvertently installed Steam titles to provide any information. You will have to fill in the spreadsheet that is contained in this link below.

The questionnaire indicates that the FBI is focused on cryptocurrency theft and account hijacks after the installation of the malware, asking questions about cryptocurrency transactions, compromised accounts, and stolen funds.

Games that has been identified are:
  • BlockBlasters
  • Chemia
  • Dashverse / DashFPS
  • Lampy
  • Lunara
  • PirateFi
  • Tokenova

So if by chance any members here was a victim, then you might want to cooperate with the FBI so that they can catch the criminals here.

I personally don't play steam games now because I don't have much time for the games and I'm very sure that most members of the forum are also not into playing of such games whatsoever. However, we should always be cautious when installing games or applications because they could contain malware and such malware makers, the negative actors steal accounts and other useful data with the help of those malware. I must say that the ones who've their wallets in airgaped system and those who only use cold wallets are safe from such hackers.

I liked the last part of this questionnaire about personal data protection the most. First, they demand a full report on the operations performed, including transactions and phones with social networks, and then convince them that they will not be able to help if they do not have this data. I see this as an additional investigation and control of all players who may have some kind of cryptocurrency. And I don't think that the players will go through such a lengthy and rather detailed questionnaire. To be honest, if someone who became a victim downloaded these games and lost their cryptocurrency, they will also find themselves in a similar situation one day, relying on the police and not learning about Internet security,  and disclosing their personal data.
