After 7 days I was asked to submit a manual credit request. I provided all the required proof including the UPI reference number and payment screenshot. The ticket now shows “Reviewing,” but there is still no response or resolution.
You might have to wait a bit more, from what I've noticed, it takes them a while to resolve INR crediting issues. You can try sending
bctokenbot(he is a bc.game support here in the forum) a PM regarding your case, maybe he might be able to give you some update about it, make sure you put the details you posted on your original post, since they usually ask for it.
