My oil stawks are printing at the moment. That’s they say there is always an opportunity in the markets. I bought those oil stawks when nobody wanted them. When oil was evil. When they said oil has 10 years leftt, electric vehicles will take over and kill oil. That’s exactly when I bought because I knew these fools were on euphoria. Oil is here to stay. Oil is the backbone of the civilization. Let’s see how those windmills and solarpanels function when there is no oil. Instead of focusing on oil alone, search for the other opportunities in the markets. There are always some.
Did you know that over 30% of cars on the roads in China are electric? Just think about that figure. And most importantly, this trend is only gaining momentum.

I firmly believe that the next 10 years will be the most radical in history. For what reason? I suspect that developed countries will embark on a technological revolution. Consequently, governments will impose a complete ban on internal combustion engine cars. Or they will impose huge taxes on such vehicles. You have to understand which way the wind is blowing.

Demand of electric cars is on the rise not just because they don't require fuel to run but also because they also have low maintenance cost. EU was planning to impose a complete ban on sale of patrol and diesel cars by 2035 but they now have eased that policy. According to new EU policy, "90% of new cars sold from 2035 would have to be zero-emission, rather than 100%." With time more governments will follow this policy to reduce patrol consumption and also reduce carbon footprints in their area of regime.

I fully support this decision. It's high time to consider this issue more seriously. There's no point in putting it off forever.

To be honest, I've been increasingly thinking about buying an inexpensive electric car myself. There's just one problem: there are no charging stations in the city. The infrastructure is completely nonexistent. This is only suitable for those living in private homes. For those living in apartment buildings, charging will be a real quest.

Instead of just looking at the development aspects of the electric vehicle industry, wind energy, and solar energy. One thing to keep in mind is that countries are still increasing their oil reserve. They are even willing to wage war against other countries to get oil
Furthermore, even though China is diversifying its energy sector, did you know that it remains the world's largest oil importer? They hold over 1,2 billion barrel of oil and are the country with the world's largest strategic oil reserves

It is no coincidence that oil is still considered black gold and that people still compete for it at all costs. If they ban gasoline powered car. it only show that oil is becoming scarce and nees to be used for more important purposes, not that they are replacing it because it is obsolete.

The geopolitical escalation continues, but the market is no longer trading the very fact of the war.
He trades oil, then inflation, which affects rates, and then liquidity. Brent has stabilized at $107-109 after an impulse to $119.
According to the charts, it may seem that the market is driven only by the news, but in fact, the Market is now recalculating the cost of energy and money, and this determines the movement of all asset classes.

Trump is already contradicting himself so much in words and actions that it is difficult to take him seriously. At first, he says that he definitely won't send troops. Then everyone sees the preparation for this. Yeah.

It will stabilize but will definitely take some time for the economy to recover after the war. I think everyone knows that it won't be as quick as the moment the war ends, everything will be back to normal. But we're just hoping that it'll end soon. Cause the faster this war ends, the shorter time most countries needed to recover from the war effects.

Even here in my country, since the war started, oil price increases. Public transpo will also follow. But I doubt that even after this war ends and when the fuel price stabilizes, the transpo cost will also decrease. Whenever there's a fuel price hike and when they increases the minimum cost for transpo, they never decreases it back even if the fuel price decreases... So it becomes a sort of new normal.

There were never a time that oil price is never high, in my country where I came from NIGERIA oil price is always high,
OIL price and that of cement is adding money day by day. Let's be very realistic even if oil price goes up because of the war between lran and United States of America, I think the price of fuel is not supposed to affects some countries.

It is meant to be a disadvantage of the supposed countries of war because of low rates of supplies due to the war, but in this case I am seeing my country NIGERIA suffering it the most whereas they have all it takes to provide crude and refine it themselves and supply it themselves to other countries.

As of oil be high for a while my colleague I am not seeing the possibilities of the oil price being slash down never, even if it goes down in other countries but in NIGERIA it will not.

In my country, electric bikes are gaining popularity. Now I am sure they will be more acknowledged and in demand because they just need to be charged. Though it’ll still be quite expensive for electricity but might be a better option rather than fuel.

Oh my god its already 2 weeks been past and gonna hit 3 weeks now right?

The oil price reach 120$ per barrel. Just my opinion that US and Israel is hurting their people too when the war explode I mean OIL is really important for the economy itself atleast for now when the price is spike it could lead into long long domino effect.

and I do aggree with most people here this could be the new normal In trading persepctive this could be the new support zone that as a major support. even the war stopped tomorrow I believe the effect would need time to heal

Yes the effects of the war in the oil market will not just drop immediately after the war because it will take more time for those destroyed facilities to the reconstructed and there will still be fear as there wont be trust on the end of both sides.

Let the truth be told, its very difficult on citizens in the affected nations, especially with the scarcity of crude that helps in the production of different useful products that makes life more easier, when it all started it was seen as a joke without knowing it will be this disastrous and harmful to citizens especially because the leaders instigating it as not heavily affected as they have immunity covering them in some situations.

When it comes to China, the rise of electric vehicles on its roads is more a reflection of the economy; the Chinese government has invested heavily in this sector for the purpose of export, meaning that through massive subsidies, it has made electric vehicles very affordable, which has naturally influenced the consumer market.
In the EU, the situation is somewhat different—they take environmental protection and the preservation of clean air and natural resources seriously, which is why they support electric vehicles, as well as other technologies that differ from internal combustion engines.
But the general trend away from internal combustion engines does exist and is actively developing! It’s cost-effective—cheaper than gasoline—it involves more technologically advanced solutions, and yes, electric vehicles have the potential for lower maintenance and repair costs, due to the fact that they have fewer mechanical components.

No one knows for how long this war can go on. It can be weeks or months. But a lot of people seem to think that once the war ends, everything will go back to normal. That is not the case. Oil prices are going up now and for every day that companies struggle to operate, the closer they are to bankruptcy.

I think this isn't something new because there have been series of similar occurrences but at this time how do we get over the issue or lesson it abit so it doesn't affect everything in the system. I Believe the high oil prices tend not to affect every country globally meanwhile since there's an increase in prices it'll take a while to have the oil prices fall back to normal.

Nothing is actually normal,
We accept what so ever and live on.

Even if the price stays like this and never goes down for a very long time we will all have to live with it and accept it, the world is really getting hard, nothing seems normal anymore,
What we owe our self is just to survive, no expectation or reduction of oil price or not if not it might make one depressed

China gives almost free money to their electric car industry, its the massive helping of a communist state that allows such dominance and growth.    In this case I wont disagree with their strategy because China own little to no oil or gas, strangely their country is largely lacking in this resource.
Its not elitism as China does have coal and is massively using that resource with some horrible acid rain and smog resulting but electric makes some sense as at least they can hope to utilize their advantages with solar, rare earths and production scale for all electric technologies.

The damage to oil production will take years to fix I agree with that and we cant be sure they wont be continuing to do so for some time.  Its a savage war as I know even in Libya during a civil war they avoided blowing up the countries assets in oil and gas knowing it helps nobody win their power struggle.   How sad these nations blessed with riches choose to sow violence and reap poverty over riches, they are in some dire greek curse.

Oil prices are going up now and for every day that companies struggle to operate, the closer they are to bankruptcy. Maybe the big companies would be fine but even them are struggling. To expect that once the war ends, everything will go back to how it was before would be foolish. It will take a while for everything to go down low, if things were to bounce back to what we used to consider normal.
Since this war started it's above 4 weeks and it's reducing on tension but the price of gas is up because of the war, the way I'm seeing something now, is that the price things is moving up, but if the war stop, they will be quick movement in the high sea immediately and gas will return in order and other price of things will normalise, we need to understand that your question will be answered neither maybe or not. Because maybe ok in some countries why in some countries things maybe not, some corrupt countries will take advantages of this war and corrupt their country more

Destroying the facilities only took seconds while building them will take for years. And that's why this recovery for all of the countries involved will take time. They need to sign a peace treaty so that it will be a complete ceasefire but knowing when, we don't know. We're all hopeful that the peace will come on that region and to the global community where most are affected even if some are indirectly affected. Egos of the leaders should be the ones to be controlled and if they want to wage on a war, they should have a boxing ring and not put their people on the field risking their lives.

I don't think so about oil. A growing number of economists believe the oil era is coming to an end with the advent of electric cars. Yes, it won't be completely phased out, as it's still needed in industry, but consumption will decrease significantly globally.

We should also remember that developed countries are increasingly switching to renewable energy sources. Neither fuel oil nor diesel fuel are needed. In my opinion, we'll see dramatic changes in just a few years.

This is way more insane after I personally watched the news the Iran keep hiting Israel and vice versa but all of this happen because Israel do it first and US just said yes. Trump might know something that we dont. I mean war is costly I hear that this war already cost the US 10 Billion+

This is hurting all the citizen tax money for OIL what a joke

The masses always suffer when world leaders and their egos go to war. The oil price in my country has risen over the weeks since the start of this war and it would keep doing so even if the peace treaty is signed.
To build is way harder than to destroy and U.S is the smart party because they don't have their own facilities destroyed but bases and structures they erected in another's country but they would surely be affected by de-dollarization.

Which news report indicate that tensions are easing? The conflict is becoming more intense than ever and risks entering a more brutal phase, as Trump has issued a warning. If Iran does not open the Strait of Hormuz and allow ships to pass through within the next 48 hours, the United States will launch a more powerful attack on them. Conversely, Iran has also stated that it will retaliate proportionally against the energy infrastructure of its ally, the United States, if attacked. The war is escalating and the situation is getting worse.

Even after the war ends, do not expect oil and commodity price to fall rapidly. As some have said, it will take a long time to restore oil production, and that will keep oil prices high for a while even after the war end.

No one knows for how long this war can go on. It can be weeks or months. But a lot of people seem to think that once the war ends, everything will go back to normal. That is not the case. Oil prices are going up now and for every day that companies struggle to operate, the closer they are to bankruptcy. Maybe the big companies would be fine but even them are struggling. To expect that once the war ends, everything will go back to how it was before would be foolish. It will take a while for everything to go down low, if things were to bounce back to what we used to consider normal.
Oil prices have not increased in all countries so far. In countries where reserves were low, oil prices are being affected. In my country, oil prices have not increased so far, but they have placed limitations on oil. There have been limitations on refilling oil according to the type of vehicle, but the mill industry is still getting normal oil supply. If oil is affected, it will affect the global economy because many things depend on oil. If oil prices increase, the price of food products will increase, and transportation costs will increase. In a word, oil is very important for all sectors. So if the war continues for a long time, the price of oil will increase a lot.
