The Iranian media reported on the bombings in Tehran, but also in other places. Israeli strikes are described as relatively limited. This is the most serious violation of the fragile truce of April 8, which stopped direct military action by the United States and Israel against Iran. Trump commented on this, and he called Netanyahu and urged him to refrain from retaliatory strikes in order to give time for negotiations. And he stated that he makes all the decisions. And she definitely doesn't make any decisions. Israel will have to accept any agreement that the United States enters into with Iran.

Despite the actual blocking of the Hormuz Strait for more than 3 months, the price of the brand remains around 96-100 dollars per barrel. And it rarely exceeds just this hundred. This is very different from the gloomy forecasts of the industry, which said that 200 per barrel. And, in principle, it should have been 200 for a month now. Firstly, record exports from the United States are noteworthy due to the shale revolution, and this has become the main stabilizer of the market. The second is the unexpected drop in demand in China. In May, the world's largest importer reduced its oil exports by almost 40% compared to last year. The third point is strategic reserves and workarounds, as the release of reserves from the United States, Europe and other countries is taking its toll, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have redirected oil through pipelines.

Despite the actual blocking of the Amur Strait for more than 3 months, the price of the brand remains around 96-100 dollars per barrel. And it rarely exceeds just this hundred. This is very different from the gloomy forecasts of the industry, which said that 200 per barrel. And, in principle, it should have been 200 for a month now. The third point is strategic reserves and workarounds, as the release of reserves from the United States, Europe and other countries is taking its toll, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have redirected oil through pipelines.

This is affected by the fact that there is still a small transit through Hormuz. True, the number of ships has dropped to two or three per day instead of 100, but some cargoes still pass through. Well, pre-war reserves and other measures, for example, the lifting of sanctions against Russian oil. They also affected. And as a result, the global economy has shown unexpected resilience, as if they were preparing for this crisis. Prices have increased by 50-60%, but have not yet reached catastrophic levels.
Reserves are still being depleted and are being depleted at a record pace. 70-80 barrels per week, according to estimates by tracking agencies. U.S. stocks are at a 20-year low, especially in Cushing.

Analysts predict that China may return to normal imports from now on. Imagine if it adds another 40% of demand, and this is where the supply gap can seriously affect. And now the market is holding on to some buffers and unexpected weakness in demand, but the system is becoming more rigid. If a truce is not reached in the coming months, the Strait will not be unblocked, and the risks of a sharp rise in prices will increase significantly, especially in autumn.
However, both importers and exporters are preparing for this. Workarounds are more likely to be involved. Yes, it's longer, and it's more expensive, but not 100%. Although the time for cheap oil will be postponed for a long time.

No one knows for how long this war can go on. It can be weeks or months. But a lot of people seem to think that once the war ends, everything will go back to normal. That is not the case. Oil prices are going up now and for every day that companies struggle to operate, the closer they are to bankruptcy. Maybe the big companies would be fine but even them are struggling. To expect that once the war ends, everything will go back to how it was before would be foolish. It will take a while for everything to go down low, if things were to bounce back to what we used to consider normal.
Although the ceasefire period has no fixed deadline, there was a glimpse of a peaceful situation but after Israel attacked Iran again the situation has become turbulent again. Yesterday, both sides attacked each other and there is a fear of oil prices becoming unstable again. Although efforts have been made to find a solution to stop the war, Iran has given a clear message that it will not compromise on unfair issues. The main thing is to remain credible about not developing nuclear weapons. Iran has reassured the world on this issue, but Iran is not willing to make any compromise on the transfer of enriched uranium.

Iran said that Israel has created obstacles to a peace agreement by attacking Iran while efforts are ongoing for a permanent ceasefire. For Donald Trump, reaching a peace agreement and a sustainable ceasefire have become important, especially for establishing peace in the world.

I agree that economic damage does not disappear the moment a war ends, but supply chains, businesses, investor confidence and energy companies take months or even years to recover, because even peace agreement is reached tomorrow, companies that have suffered losses, reduced production or laid off workers cannot simply return to normal overnight.
Previously we have seen global crisis that the event may end, but the economic consequences usually linger and that is why i think people should be prepared for a gradual recovery rather than expecting an immediate return to pre war conditions.

To an extent I support that if care is not taking with the recent out break of war which have drop the pice pumps drastically. Oil currently is the major source of business transportation and exchange use now, mostly for countries that don't have oil much on there soil and wants to trasact some of there products in exchange of oil. The impact of war on a counties economy can't be over emphasis, because it leaves marks and signs In the cost of time.

Right from when the first dialogue was done i within myself was convinced that it can never be the end of conflict between both parties because i know iran can never accept the terms and conditions given to them on the process.  Although I cannot say i am pleased with that because I see no gain in taking innocent lifes that is supposed to be helpful to there families and friends because of an unimaginable conflict that has no economic importance.  I will say it will be beneficial if agreement is reached and solution on the ongoing conflict find.to avoid lost of more innocent souls.

We're all waiting for it to end and once the roll of most of the EVs are there and many have already adopted it, I think that the demand will be lesser which will make these oil companies drop the price of their oil products.

Another type of effect this will have is to degrade the value of any oil in this area for a generation.  Nations with an absolute requirement for this energy will always now have a reason to rate energy sourced elsewhere in the world over an uncertainty apparent here.  Oil that is more secure and not prone to ransom and violence in its transport.
Iran situation as it stands will likely continue to cause problems on and off for decades or more, since the geological flaw in this area is quite certain; Iran is quite capable of leveraging a defence of that advantage it has to be presumed as a more certain negative going forward no matter what government might be in control.

No one knows when their negotiations are going to happen again. The Strait is closed immediately when they didn't had an agreement. They want to prolong this war, they want to make the inflation higher but when people just get used to this, life continues and goes on. But the price of everything is already priced in and will become more expensive. 1-3 jobs won't be enough to survive and the hardworking won't be able to afford an apartment and the rent. I wish that the leaders on top of this war will see the commoners suffer with their conflict.
It can be inferred from this that oil prices are not going to come down that quickly. It will take some time, which depends on the global economy and the situation. When the demand for oil increases, such as when vehicles are running more or when energy consumption increases due to cold and heat, prices go up. Just as there have been situations of war, if there are conflicts between oil producing countries, this also affects the price of oil. the government increases taxes and due to this, the people are getting oil at a high price. As the situation is going on, prices are not expected to come down soon, due to which the people will have to buy oil at a high price. This has also made transport expensive and people will have to face such situations.
Oil and are very up because War impacted on the prices of oils and most of the countries are importing different products and tax system is high and companies are charging more due to high demand of oil and if oil supply will be more then there will be low price of oil but it will take almost 1 year to stable because all World felt crises in the days when USA did War with Iran and most of the countries are afraid because War is not stopped permanently. In my country oil prices are high And almost double as comparison to the prices before the War and people are spending less oil and government apply restrictions to the people and one person will but a limited amount of oil which will make country stable

I do not think the oil demand will decrease even as electric vehicles become more common.

It is important to understand that product like gasoline and diesel are only a small part of what crude oil produces. In addition to being used as fuel for transportation. Crude oil is also a raw material for many other industries such as chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals,...So, even if the demand for vehicle fuel decreases in the future, that does not necessarily mean that the oil demand will also decrease.

Our world will find it difficult to reduce its dependence on oil for at least the next few decade. It is the foundation of global supply chains and manufacturing, and the lifeblood of the global economy.

The ECB raised the rate to 2.25% from 2%, becoming one of the first major central banks to respond to the economic consequences of the Iranian conflict — energy inflation is already materializing in the policy of central banks, not only in expectations.
Mehr published the details of the 14-point memorandum: the opening of Hormuz, the lifting of oil sanctions, and the cessation of all hostilities in the region, including Lebanon. This is an eight-week low for oil .

Mehr published the details of the 14-point memorandum: the opening of Hormuz, the lifting of oil sanctions, and the cessation of all hostilities in the region, including Lebanon. This is an eight-week low for oil .

The main conclusion of the week:
the fear of “draining liquidity” through the SpaceX IPO did not materialize as a systemic risk.
On the contrary, the IPO became a test of the demand for risk: SpaceX grew by +19% on its debut, and the indices closed the week in positive territory.
It was a rebound on falling oil and hopes for a U.S.–Iran de-escalation, rather than a confident return of global liquidity.
On Friday, WTI closed at about $84.9, Brent went below $86.5 against the background of a 14-point draft with Tehran, suggesting the lifting of sanctions and the opening of Hormuz within 30 days. Trump said the deal could be signed over the weekend in Europe.

When some persons consider war a s way of freedom some time I see it a fifty by fifty risk where it outcome may not really be according to plan, the was thing of war is that it connects those that don't clamour for it directly and indirectly, looking at the trajectory of the event of heating the economy of many nations that don't even involved in the war as a result of trade of nature resources like crude oil and others resources, you will agree with me that war is never the best way to tender grievance. With this level of war I don't think Iran can accept whole heartedly on any dialogue without future revenge, to stabilize the prize which have been raised up may not be as predicted by some publication because most of the third world countries are feeling the heat more now that dialogue is on the table than when the war began.

Its a very authentic and valid point about war is that its very rare that war gives the outputs according to expectations because majority people have the opinion of freedom about wars and thought through war they would get freedom but in reality conflicts create new problems also affects millions of people. In modern day economizes are connected to each other by energy supply and through trade route so sometimes non conflicted countries are most affected. Especially progressing countries need more cost for food and fuel to rebuilt the damage areas through conflicts so all burden comes on ordinary citizens. So its very difficult a peaceful dialogue remains between conflicted countries because both have anger and a third part palys an important role for mutual respect. So diplomatic pathway plays an important role for peaceful talks

Donald Trump has just announced tonight that an agreement has finally been reached and signed between Iran and the U.S.. According to him, the Strait of Hormuz is now open to everybody, with no tolls charged from Iran. He has also ordered the U.S. Navy to move their blockade in the Strait of Hormuz.

That said, energy prices are set to drop in reaction to this latest development, we'd see what the price would be in the short to medium term. This is a very positive news, and other than an end to the destruction of lives and assets, it is particularly crucial for the global energy supply chain.

This is like third or fourth announcement about agreement that Trump made. However, Iran dont confirm those agreements always. It is either one is lying or wishful thinking. Or there is no true or unite government in Iran, or no person who can make whole country size decisions. On the other side, Iran is silent about that agreement. I doubt they will gave up their nuclear program that easy and stop everything, after they have been fighting for that so tough.

No, this time is different. Iran also confirmed that the memorandum of understanding between the two sides has been finalized and the signing ceremony will be held in Switzerland on June 19. One of the term that was implemented immediately was the lifting of the US blockade and the end of hostilities across all fronts, including Lebanon.

Iran never intended to possess nuclear weapons, and that was not the primary cause of this conflict.

In our country, oil prices have started to rise this month, and this has become a very heavy burden for everyone, especially those with multiple vehicles at home. I also don't want to see the war continue, as it could have even more negative effects on the economy and other sectors. Therefore, I hope to avoid war in oil-producing countries so that oil imports can continue smoothly, and non-oil-producing countries can use oil at a more affordable price. The effects of high oil prices can also spread to other goods due to the increased transportation and production costs of all goods.
