What happened:
I have been wronged by the owner of Gamdom, Felix Romer
and this has been dragged out for many years now. Now that he has chosen to block me yesterday alongside taking the position he holds no responsibility, I am choosing to go public and post everything online.
PieGP .com is a RuneScape gold trading website that I co-founded in 2015 and which Felix acquired in 2020. Upon the acquisition, Felix placed someone named Jamie in charge, while I was confined to a silent shareholder position.
The matter at hand is that, as a shareholder, I have been asking for my dividends to be paid since 2021, and in present day the person Felix placed in charge appears to have run off with company funds. Felix believes he bears no responsibility in the matter. However...
The person Felix put in charge only recently began acting in bad faith. Felix himself, however, has delayed my dividends since 2021, always with some excuse as to why I could not be promptly paid. Were it not for that, he could claim no responsibility, sure.
Felix is trying to force me into a position where my only recourse is to legally pursue the bad actor who ran off with company $$$, with any restitution to me dependent on the outcome of lawsuit, while also giving me the business to take over and run. NO! Coercive ultimatum.

to be treating me in this manner is indeed disgraceful for someone of that stature, but this is him choosing to bully me, and extends to politics involving my other companies and mutual friends. I am tired of it and done being silent. Pay me my money.
Felix’s excuses ranged from saying the balance sheet was messy and a beast to untangle, to payment processor issues and claims funds were locked, to simply ignoring me and belittling me with the suggestion he was too busy and too much of a mogul for this matter.
By coming forward publicly, my hope is simply to be paid what I am owed. I am not going to be forced into a coercive ultimatum. I believe I am in the right here and that he sits in the wrong. I am willing to assist with the lawsuit to recover the company funds, but the fact remains that every delay in paying my dividends since 2021 came from him. The person he put in charge only recently choosing to run off and act in bad faith does not mean I am not still owed my dividends. I refuse to believe he truly thinks he is in the right. Rather, his judgment appears clouded by a desire to bully me over unrelated politics involving mutual circles.
