Casino sites that have the same owner

So today both the punkz.com and betpanda.io campaigns on bitcointalk suddenly ended, which made me wonder since I don't believe in coincidences.

Checking both sites I saw that they are actually owned by the same company:





By the way, pretty off finishing both campaigns the same day kicking out like 25-30 something participants the same day without notice. I mean they know earlier, right? At least give members the chance to apply or look for something new in advance. Not a cool move, but that's just me.

So, are there any other places doing the same? We see here and there accusations about closed accounts cause betby (sports odd provider) blames the player about "advantage betting" or multi accounting and other nonsense. By the way, betby is also used by the 2 sites above.
So might be the problem that casinos don't disclose their sister sites to the players which then makes those players a target for baseless accusations?

Guess now before making an account somewhere it's always better to check the other sites that might be affiliated. Better safe than sorry.

Why?

I always read as part of the campaign managers' rules of their campaigns that their campaign can end at anytime. What people can be annoyed about is when the week the campaign end is not paid, but I think Little Mouse is not that kind of person, he will pay for the week that the campaign participants worked for.

If they are paid for this week, no problem.

Also we have different managers, do not expect them to act the same.

I always read as part of the campaign managers' rules of their campaigns that their campaign can end at anytime. I think there is no problem if one company has more than one casino, did you start looking for their faults after they stopped the campaign?

I think they stopped the campaign because they felt they had enough and had a loyal player base. Or maybe there was another reason.

No, I quoted and corrected you. Do not tell what campaign managers should do or what not to do if they are running a campaign in a good way. I see your thread to be completely irrelevant because both gambling sites did nothing wrong. Assuming one of the gambling sites become a scam, you can let us know about its sister company. This topic has no use nor benefit.

something like that happening would be very rare, but the "advantage betting" problem is mostly with betby, they are the provider on so many casinos and they have so much data they collect, it's easy for them to flag a player, but it's always the casino that has the final say on what to do after that. and i think some sites just use that as an excuse sometimes to not pay.

Not sure about the two casinos you're mentioning, and I don't understand why that sounds strange. Not talking specifically for those two, I had used BetPanda in the past due to their signature campaign, but I'm talking in general, I don't believe it's unusual for several casinos to be owned by the same company/operator, you name it. As for the campaign, although I understand any potential frustration, but as you already know, it's not a job and no-one owes us anything, you know how these things work, there are no guarantees and that's in the terms we agree on upon participating.

It's about the probability of getting accused for some specific sports betting related problems that might occur when a company knows that 2 accounts belong to the same person, despite those 2 account being at 2 different websites.

By the way, obviously they stopped the campaigns because they don't see any new memberships coming in anymore. But with scam accusations on site it's obviously hard to promote if those accusations don't get addressed or solved.

Yeah Betby really is evil I think. So many accusations/problems here in this forum because of this provider. But they are exactly the provider smaller sites would use because they give them a good deal. And obviously smaller casinos on the other hand might have several sister sites which then share player information with each other -> betby builds unwarranted cases against players.

I don't think it make sense for different casinos from one company to link their back-end systems. Usually, they’re run by completely different teams who don't even know each other. They can use similar software and games but I dont think anyone will connect them (with software). They for sure share info about cheaters - if someone gets caught in one place, they should blacklist him in the other. I wouldn't be surprised if that kind of data-sharing is actually pretty common even between rival casinos.

That was never a secret, and I didnt check but same manager was probably running both campaigns.

I dont see anything wrong with that, and you didnt sign any contract for signature campaign.
Many times I saw campaign participants leaving some campaign for better one, and they often dont give any notice for that.
