Guys, I’m not really sure how to approach this, as this is my first time posting something like this and unfortunately, it’s because of a withdrawal restriction issue.

Let me explain. It all started when I joined the platform. I found it here and had already seen ads for it on Instagram. I’ve always played on several well-known platforms, and I consider myself a medium-risk player,I only bet amounts I’m comfortable losing.

However, I started winning a lot on this platform, around $4,000 to $6,000 in a single day. On that same day, my withdrawal was blocked, but I wasn’t aware of it at the time. I ended up losing my balance completely and deposited about $1,400 on the same day. From there, I managed to build my balance up to around $6,000–$7,000 again, but I couldn’t withdraw for two days.

I kept questioning them for about three weeks while still playing other games. Eventually, they told me that their Crash game had internal issues. The thing is, I had only made around $500 to $600 on Crash, nothing unusual or extreme.

After that, they removed the Crash game and completely ignored the fact that I had made $5,000, $6,000, and even up to $10,000 on other games like Big Bass, roulette, and others. Should that even affect my withdrawal?

Since then, I’ve been waiting for weeks with no response from the platform. I have all the records of my winnings, including up to $9,000 on Big Bass and other games. I’m just not sure if I’m allowed to post screenshots or proof of conversations and winnings from the platform here.

I’m making this report to warn others to be careful with this platform. Do not deposit large amounts or trust your money with them, because if you win big, they may restrict your account and delay or avoid paying you.

Yes you are allowed to. Use an image hosting site to post the links, we will be able to clock on them to view the images. Do not post any personal information like email address, just enough info to show your case go be true.

Their support system is quite poor when responding to complaints like this. Continue trying to reach out to them, you can also make complaints on casino review websites with proof of your claim.

I had roughly the same experience. I have been waiting for my withdrawals (~25k USDT) for over a year and support is generally unresponsive. I even filed a complaint with their regulator, Anjouan Gaming, but that was ignored as well.

Although that's hardly surprising, since the regulator is just as unresponsive as the casino... Other than a single automated confirmation that they received my complaint, I haven't heard anything for over two months despite multiple follow-ups.

Your money, as well as mine, is most likely already gone.

They have a very low safety index on Casino Guru, and the most complained thing about the casino is withheld winnings - https://casino.guru/rollhub-casino-review
But I suggest you also add your complaint there regardless.

Another important thing is to look up different reviews about a casino and how they solve the accusations before you use them.

Rollhub AKA Blackjack.fun has an issue recently regarding rejected withdrawal and they are using an argument related to their bug feature which on your case their “crash game” glitch while the previous issue was the tournament bug.
