1. “Liquidity routing” is simply an extremely honest description from our side. All core liquidity is ours. For some directions (for example SOL → USDT on Solana), we may use DEX infrastructure for automatic swap execution and payout processing. We never share user data with third parties, and never will.

2. Even the clearnet version is designed to be as privacy-oriented as possible from the service side. We do not keep logs, do not store order data longer than necessary, and do not request or collect user information beyond what is technically required to complete a swap. The clearnet version also does not connect any external resources such as analytics systems, tracking scripts, metrics platforms, or third-party monitoring services.

The Tor version exists to provide more stable and native operation inside the Tor network and its infrastructure.

That all makes sense. A question though, if the entire core liquidity is held internally and no logs or external analytics/monitoring services are kept how do you then perform abuse prevention, fraud patterns monitoring, up-time, attack monitoring, troubleshooting or dispute resolution? Do you maintain some in-memory temporary monitoring solution or is it all done strictly at transaction level without any auditable records maintained.

If I may say focusing on internal liquidity really highlights the difference in service in terms of privacy compared to other exchanges.....

Every new company will always give you a positive feedback on this question the only time we are going to fine out the real answer is as time goes on and they start having rapid growth then we are going to see their real potential as for now they will always give us a good and positive response to make us more calm, but let see how things will go for them however with their response I believe they are going to do well but time will tell.

System update usually go on in every exchange and I think that’s what is going on and I just tried the exchange now and theirs nothing like that anymore, I think the update has ended, they are really working on their exchange and that’s why they are updating and that’s good for them and again maybe someone pointed out something on their exchange they really needed to work on and maybe that’s what they were trying to fix.
You can go on with the exchange now it’s fine now because I checked.

Yeah, system update is something that commonly happen on any platform not only on exchanges.  Otrace, on the other hand is still in its early stage, so seeing the platform undergoing an update is not surprising since the Otrace exchange is still in its early stage.  I also checked the exchange before making this comment, the Otrace exchange is still undergoing update process, and it might take some time before the update process is completed.

You cannot paused ongoing activities on your exchange without informing your clients. Most exchanges I have done transactions with always inform their clients before any updates is implemented.
