You're correct that this does not refer to the confirmation time of the customer's incoming transaction. What we mean is that some exchange routes on our side involve additional on-chain transactions before the payout is broadcast. This is part of the privacy model we use. In some directions, funds are not sent directly from hot wallets, and assets may pass through several internal routers. Therefore, overall processing time can still be affected by network conditions and confirmation times on those intermediate steps.

You could consider adding an extra 'Additional details' for the questions and answers section for people like me.  I personally prefer a more detailed answer.  Although both directions are bad on your end.

Little detail can make the answer feel too vague, a lot of detail can actually provide even more questions for users.  If you could find a balance between the two it would be great.  My opinion only, you may know better what your customers prefer than I do.

You cannot take away the fact that majority of people love privacy and an exchange giving out privacy is one thing people will go for it for, if you check casinos that has no KYC policy they have more customers than those with KYC policy, people love their privacy and their details to be kept secret or hidden, one of the reasons why most people will choose to use any exchange in this forum is because it has a no KYC policy.

Yes an exchange being trustworthy, reliable, accountable, secure and the rest is very important because people look into all this before using an exchange and all this can only be gotten by an exchange by staying longer in business.

I am glad that the Octrace team is doing everything possible to ensure that users get good experience while using the Octrace exchange, as for the app please make it available as you have promise.  If I can remember correctly you mentioned that the app was going to be made available on the next update before the most recent one that was rolled out.  Personally I would prefer to have the Octrace exchange app installed on my device, because I prefer to use mobile apps over websites, I only make use of platforms website when there are no other options.

In simple terms, with a simple internal route, the containing transaction will be sent to the user within 2-3 seconds after the deposit, with a complex one within 10-15 seconds.

I don't think 10 to 15 minutes is too much as well to have patience to get your transaction confirm, as long as the drug process is going to be permitted for users, because I've seen some gambling platforms that will make it is hideous task making withdrawals and I have even seen from the take up to an hour or more before approving such, which I believe yours is exception to all these.

You people are correct everyone will always look into a service reputation before using them, if any exchange is having issues of scam I don't think anyone will be interested to use them, an exchange being trustworthy and reliable is what is needed for them to gain a lot of customers, the popular exchanges that people are using today has gain reputation because they were trustworthy over the years, I believe that if an exchange is trustworthy they will have users using their exchange.

I understand the angle you are coming from, but trust me when I say that if you decide to use a platform be it exchange, casino, or any other platform because they are privacy oriented, without checking how long they have been operating, how transparent they can be,  how reputable they are, how reliable they can be, and how secure is the platform you are going regret it big time. I am sure you have witnessed exchanges and casinos vanish from the forum with users funds with a trace.
