To be honest, that kind of bet doesn't make sense at all, A woman isn't a property that someone will use to stake in gambling. Even if they're joking or catching cruise. this kind of talk can lead to serious problems if it goes too far. Sometimes when people are too carried away with gambling or football argument, they can end up saying rubbish that they really don't mean. Ego, pride and competition can make a person lose their sense in a moment. But still, even as joke, it's too extreme. It shows they might be slipping deeper into a gambling mentality, where winning or proving point matters more than respect and common sense.

That is an interesting point you mentioned, because there are indeed some places where women are treated like a property. They are purchased, acquired and then, the husband judges to be free to do anything he wishes with her. It just show how cold people can be. There is no room for true love, caring or empathy. After all, I don't think it's different from men who have several wives. Women there are also treated as a property, where numbers speak louder than quality.

However, this is the most craziest I have ever heard or seen in my years of experience,  or will I say they were just kidding and wasn't that serious about it, what do you think?

It's kind of stupid of them. Are their wife's aware of the nonsense bets they are taking behind their backs? I still wonder what some people thinks before taking certain kind of actions. These are the sets of people that can bet their life's on games or even properties when it's not even worth it. When the game is becoming too tensed that you now have to go beyond it's best to just let go. There's no need putting the life's of others on the line just to satisfy your gambling emotions or prove that you were right or wrong..

How can someone possibly stake their wife for a bet, I don’t really understand how that is possible, some individuals can be very stupid and selfish in their lives, because I don’t really understand how people would even imagine to do such a thing, and also I believe the wife isn’t aware of such a thing to happen, which I think is a very nasty and horrible thing to have happened and for someone who is in his right straight of mind to be doing such a thing which is very very nasty, then if I’m the wife the marriage is absolutely over because I can’t take such a thing as a woman where my husband have to gamble me for his on selfish interest, I thought people place a bet only for money, which is why I’m absolutely confused with this situation.

This might sound very crazy but it happened live in my area were a two close friend was aggressively analyzing a football game to the extent of even quarreling so at the end they ended up agreed on betting their wife's , that was when I came in and I  was like are you both serious about this? I asked them because I can't get it how this whole gambling stuff has taken another level to the point of you people coming up with such ridiculous idea.

I want to believe this was two men having fun, remember gambling is about fun and that's probably what two adult are doing with their time but since we are not in between their bond, we can't tell if this is serious but I still think this is a joke. One thing about men, they can do anything to chase clout, they can do anything for fun but where they draw the line is their women, there is pride how they protect their women with this kind of exposures.

There is no way any man will do this unless they are two people that doesn't care about their partners. I have don't even think even a responsible gambler will try this. Let's assume the both are arguing and are trying to show they are right about their bet, by the time one person among them won a game, I'm very sure they will even forget they bet and use their wife for this kind of bet.
