I cant really agree with this. In gambling the system is such that luck plays a major role. Any strategy is supposed to fail when luck comes into the picture because it negates all your skills that you might have honed over years. I would say in gambling, strategy often creates an illusion, people think they are in control but in the end luck is the biggest factor. So even if you have a strategy, it is normal to lose. If anyone asks me this question in case of gambling then I will definitely say that there will no benefit of sharing strategies. Anytime of the weekend that I want to bet, there are ways I divided my money, I stake some on my on prediction and then look for other friendly bettors to stake their games too. Some weeks, I do lose my bet, it's the bet from other people that I do later win. So, I strongly support when bettors share ideas with each other because of differences.
