Edit: Issue below has been resolved

I have been locked out of my account that had 120,000 USDT in funds. They’ve already paid 50,000 USDT, but now decided to lock me out of my account. Initial deposits 5k then 10k. I have initially been blocked from playing but now all access to my account is restricted.

Upon checking this forum, I see they’ve already had a problem here before that ended up resolving, I’m not sure how this one will end. Providers played were Evolution and Pragmatic Play. “TTR” Nikolaev is the owner of this platform.

Given that I had 120k usdt on this account, and that I have been banned from games, and that withdrawal limit is 25k per month, this leaves the evidence speak of itself: I am being locked out of my account that has 120k USDT in it.

Although, since my next withdrawal limit resets on the 1st of April, I am still hopeful I’ll be able to have access before that date. Does anyone know if the owner is still active online somewhere?

Edit: After seeing on Casino Guru that this “investigation” stuff is quite common and resolves favorably in many cases, I am walking back on my deadline for the 1st of April to launch a lawsuit against the owner. I will only do that after losing any hope to get back my account.

Next step would be to continue fighting for my belongings in other ways until some significant result in some way or the other is reached. I opened this thread to keep other members updated on this matter but also for support. I’ll be coming back here for news at least on the 1st of April hopefully with good news.

I’ve done extensive videos of screenrecording of everything on my account but I’ll post 2 screenshots here.

Threatening to sue them probably won't make your situation any easier. Their ToS states monthly withdrawal limits:

BTC — 0.25
LTC — 200
ETH — 6.5
DOGE — 55,000
XRP — 9,000
USDT — 25,000
ADA — 20,000
SOL — 110
TRX — 110,000
BNB — 40
USDC — 25,000
Source - https://www.ltccasino.io/terms-and-conditions|

You could have approached this issue from a different angle, without threats, and perhaps the casino would have been more accommodating, but I don't see any reason to blame this casino, especially considering you've already been paid 50k. We'll see what happens. Good luck.

I don’t know, that’s just me, I am saying what I’ll be doing, that’s not a threat, I am the victim here. I said nothing when I could access my account but not play, but why block access since anyway I can’t do anything on my account? In any case I’ve already screenrecorded all evidence.

My God it’s a normal thing to take action when your belongings are stolen. This could change however depending on how they’ll communicate with me up until then, because as of now I don’t even know what’s happening here. Evolution and Pragmatic Play are the most reputable online game providers, it’s going to be tough throwing out the same story they made with Wazdan. Have a nice weekend everyone here.

Have you contacted their support team about this? If you did, have they said anything about this issue, and if they said anything, would you mind sharing what they said?

Regarding you filing a report to the authorities, out of curiosity, how would that exactly work? Was Ltc Casino based in the EU, and do they have a license?

Also, regarding the title of the thread, you should add "K" on the 120, since you said your account had "120,000 USDT "

Yes. They said they cannot give any details.
How could a lawsuit work, now it’s too early to talk about it, but their owner lived for some time in Portugal. So a lawsuit in the EU is something. No one is completely out of reach in this type of affairs. Also, 120,000 usd is the price of a house. And by the way, though I’m not a negative net worth person, I’m not a house owner either. How would you feel about kicking someone out of his house to live in his place? I am extremely motivated in getting my money. I have a very good job since recently and I can afford lots of lawyers. Should I not get paid, a confrontation is inevitable. I’ve already informed a relative (who thought I’ve stopped gambling…) about the situation should something happen to me. Should I become powerful and influential, I’ll make sure to remember this, or my children. That’s why I only play on websites whose owners are known and that I can trust, such as Stake, Duel, or Metawin. And I believed TTR could be trusted, though it’s a strange situation to be in as of now.

That being said, even if I’m sad about this matter, I have inner peace, and my gut tells me it’s ending well. I’ve had some tears while praying yesterday followed by inner peace. First of all, I do not believe the owner is a sneaky and dirty person. You need that kind of person to pull out this type of stuff. He is a strong guy, who survived a kidnapping attempt, in general these types of people don’t have fun around stealing other people’s money. Second, but only my personal opinion, I’m an admirer of Russian society. They’re religious, value family, not the kind of people to engage in such matters.

Last, but not least, no matter the result, public evidence exists as to what I was doing and using during my time gambling, and could be certified by…. Legal authorities + a very well known and reputable 100 years old private company. It is almost unbelievable but true (if we were to believe them it’s related to the matter they said it was, answering my review on trustpilot for ltccasino.io). For now I’ll keep my mouth shut awaiting what will come out of this investigation.

I’ll just take some time off the internet I don’t even want to think about this.

I doubt that you will get any help from this forum. There were similar types of complaints against them. They have a low withdrawal limit. LTCcasino team had blamed the game provider on an old issue when a user had won big amounts. They finally allowed the users to make withdrawals partially by following their withdrawal limit related terms. But the user had lost 2/3 of the winnings as he lost his patience during the long waiting journey. I'm wondering what will happen in your case as your account has been locked.

Yep, the issue had really ended as resolved from LTCcasino side, but the users had lost most of the funds as there were no restrictions on his account to place bets. Your case seems a bit different. You shouldn't expect to get any help from here as LTCcasino representative has left the forum a long time ago. I doubt that any forum member still has personal contact with the LTCcasino team.

how about they don't do this sort of shit in the first place, that would have been more accommodating to OP.

but I don't see any reason to blame this casino, especially considering you've already been paid 50k.
are you for real? you don't see any reason to blame ltccasino?
so a casino can just decide not to pay the full amount someone won, because they already paid him some of it?

that's not how things work, if a win is legit, it must be paid in full, if not, it's a scam.

Yeah, you might be right, fuck that casino.
But bro, you do realize they have monthly withdrawal limits, right? I don't think they did that for no reason; maybe they have bankroll issues, although that shouldn't bother anyone.

Basically, my point was that they pay him according to their rules, but how exactly they do it, yeah, can be questionable. In that case, don't play there if you're not happy with their limits, or read the TOS before you play.

It is somewhat challenging to understand OP's story, but here is the summary:

OP made a 15k deposit, won 170k, and wants to withdraw it all. The casino has paid him 50k so far, as there is a 25k monthly withdrawal limit. At this point, the casino locked his account, making him unable even to log in. The account still has 120k balance left.

So far, OP has received the maximum amount allowed under the casino's T&C. The only real issue at this stage is that the casino has locked his account.

At least for now, and until (the end of) next month, the title of the topic is somewhat misleading. We cannot know whether LTC Casino has truly stopped paying out the winnings, because so far they have paid the maximum amount permitted by their T&C.

Anyway, I hope OP receives all of the winnings, even if it takes half a year.

Everything stated here is correct, except “the end of next month”. I was supposed to resume withdrawing again starting from 1st of April, so end of this month.
Yeah, somewhat you have a point about the “stopped paying” question, but when they lock my account, after at first only disabling games, with no further communication or date in mind, it is still true to say they stopped paying. What’s the point in locking me out of the account if, in the first place, I couldn’t even do anything with it, except withdraw? I am not creating a flag though before the 1st of April.

i do, and i also know that almost every small to medium casino have weekly/monthly withdrawal limits, since their bankroll would get cleaned if someone wins big and tries to widthraw it all, but that's not the problem OP has with ltccasino.

his issue is that they blocked his account when he still has $120k balance on it.
and unless the $25k monthly withdrawals are sent automatically by ltccasino, how else would OP be able to request it if they locked him out of his account?

Basically, my point was that they pay him according to their rules, but how exactly they do it, yeah, can be questionable. In that case, don't play there if you're not happy with their limits, or read the TOS before you play.
what i think is really happening here, is they paid him so far hoping he would gamble the rest of the balance and lose it, but since he didn't continue playing, they don't want to pay the rest of his win. this won't be the first time they try doing something like that.

In my opinion about what’s really happening, after checking some other similar cases, and the circumstances:
- I’d give it 65% they’re truly investigating, for some reason, even if I find it extremely strange (who can cheat Pragmatic Play after all???). However, they blocked me very soon after the last 5000 dollars withdrawal of the month. I played extensively between withdrawals, and got lucky each time, so if they are really intending to steal my winnings, they could have allowed me to play up until the 1st of April, and who knows I might have lost everything up until then, and that would make less of a story to tell for anyone. If I win more, then they can reject my 1st of April withdrawal and “investigate”. But that’s not what they’ve done, and it’s in favor that there is no intention to steal.

- 35% chance some dirty person in their management or (less likely) the owner is in to steal my winnings, not everyone in the casino might be on it, but that could succeed. After all, they might have concluded that in order to give a false impression of a true investigation, they should act as someone would when proceeding honestly. Or someone somehow made something happen on the inside to launch such an investigation. However, I do not see how this could succeed if the investigation is honest. Pragmatic play tables are videotaped 24/7 and shuffled by hand, the only way I could have cheated is that I would have known the order of the cards. Their decks could be inspected by experts and they can conclude on that.

We will never know which one is true before their “investigation” concludes or after they’ve decided to ghost me for a long time.

......

I've reviewed this entire case from start, and I'm changing my tune as I go.
You're probably right, but I've seen a couple of cases where the investigation was conducted directly by Pragmatic, not the casino. In that case, the casino could have initiated the investigation, but that's all conspiracy theory.
You're right, it's very strange. I'll keep an eye on your case and hope everything turns out well. But I didn't notice one detail: they left your balance and probably expect you to lose most or all of it—a tried-and-true casino trick.

Everything except the blocking looks good, but why didn't they block your entire balance? Why did they allow you to continue playing? That's absolutely pathetic. Hang in there, friend.

They only blocked me from playing and then locked me out of my account altogether after my last 5000 withdrawal of this month, on the 16th of march. There is no partial blocking. Before that, all account functionalities were normal.

Interesting to see: https://www.ltccasino.io/support

Here, they say when a problem emerges with a crypto casino, you should contact Casino-guru. That’s what I did. For them, “Most complaints against Bitcoin casinos are related to payout delays or Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. At LTC Casino, such issues are impossible, because we accept players from all regions, do not require KYC, and pay out winnings instantly”. Pretty interesting statements

It only means that they are cutting you off after paying you 50K installments. This is sucks experience since we only win huge amount on very rare occasion while when that big win happened casino doesn’t pay.

I remember this casino having pending issue in the past and I’m surprised they still manage to pay you up to 50K before deciding to run away from their obligations.

This casino doesn’t have license so I’m not sure how you can proceed with legal battle against them.

I don’t think we can reach this conclusion as of now

For the lawsuit it’s too early I’ll give it some more time for now, but their owner is known.

Glad to hear it. We can assume that you have managed to make another withdrawal successfully as you added 'solved' in the title. You should appreciate the decision of the LTCcasino team if they had locked your account to prevent you from placing more bets. The probability of losing the funds was very high if your account was unlocked. Still, it is better to avoid making big deposits in such casinos which have withdrawal limits like this.
