Airdrop Hunting Thread

It has been several months since my last airdrop hunt, the last ones I can remember are Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) & Catizen (CATI). I'm making good money from both, even though it's not actually worth the time I've put in. Now, I want to try my hand again at hunting for the good airdrops that are making waves in the industry. Do you have any lists that are at least worth me taking a look at @tokeweed?

I just don't wanna be overthinking by having huge expectation, then the result will put me down to the ground. It's why having less expectation is not only good for us, but also good for our mental health.  

Well, I experienced time and again a few years ago. But I realized my own fault. Because I set my expectations for airdrops far too high right from the start. And really, how could I not? I saw so many posts about people striking it rich making thousands of dollars, from airdrops. That triggered a serious case of FOMO. Making me want to get in on the action. The problem was, I didn't really understand the process back then. So I just went about it haphazardly. But as you said, the results were a total bust time after time, nothing to show for it. The old saying that "failure is the stepping stone to success". It didn't apply to my airdrop attempts. I just kept failing over and over again.

As I already been saying over and over again around these boards.  They only ones that are worth looking at lately, at least for me, are Hyperliquid and trade.xyz.  I'm having a fantasy that trade.xyz will have an HL style airdrop that'll be a generational miracle for its most loyal users.   

The people who missed the Hyperliquid airdrop are looking for the next big one and they've been looking at Variational, Pacifica, N1 and a few other perps dex's.  But after seeing the LIT airdrop, I don't think those ones will be as huge as Hyperliquid's airdrop.

Another one that could be a surprise is Base...  And I think the next most disappointing one will be Polymarket.

Many tokens do not have any practictal use and do not cost something.
That is why airdrops now not so popular and many people do not participate in airdrops not to waist their time.
But a lot depends on the project and how useful it is for the people.

It all depends on the project to be promoted through airdrop. If good project come now and arrange their airdrop well, they will surely get people to participate, no one is willing to waste their time on a project that is not important to the society and no solid background, if they participate in the airdrop, they will end up with bunch of coins with zero value which means your effort is worthless, that is why people are careful before they participate in any airdrop.

There are actually some good airdrop projects, but to find them is the challenge and because of how often airdrop based tokens fail in the general crypto market, it has raised an alarm, and no ones will want to waste their time to farm an airdrop that will not pay good money.

Anything puvlished on x is just pure click bait to get the traffic. Most of CT did it by posted an airdrop result that might be owned by someone else. However, i'm still able making four - five figs from airdrop every year. So it's totally depend on how smart we are in picking a legit airdrop.

Many tokens do not have any practictal use and do not cost something.
That is why airdrops now not so popular and many people do not participate in airdrops not to waist their time.
But a lot depends on the project and how useful it is for the people.

It's all because airdrop is no longer a free launch. You need capital to get decent airdrop, and the era for people to get airdrop for free is already ended. I agree their product also matter, but hype matter most to help the project becomes success, then their airdrop worth decent amount of money.


by the way to update you guys we still have plenties of tokenless perp platforms. So i think doing delta neutral is pretty good in chasing points to be eligible for airdrop.

So far only GRVT who has done an airdrop from the less while the rest is still tokenless. If you're active traders on cex, the better you go to trade on those exchanges to chase profit and airdrop at the same time.

Your patience level is top-notch bro, because I can't engage in anything that am not certain of X amount of returns, but if you are actually making four of five figures yearly as you are claiming, then it's not bad, because the stress will be  worth it.

I knows that free airdrop era is over, but their are some airdrop I did in the past in telegram mini apps, which I committed some amount of money on, but nothing concrete came out of them because what was given to me and few others that participated wasn't even up to $10, and I experienced that for more than three different occasions, so since then I just gave up on airdrop because the stress does not correspond with what you will get back in return, but with your testimony here, it seems like you are getting it clearer, or better still going for the right project, than we that was just doing any shitty project out there.

You generate 4 to 5 digits each year is a rare hunter, can you spil project name that makes you memorable? and how prosfek airdrop throughout the year 2026? how many digits have been generated?

in this economy, hunting for airdrops at the expense of capital, the activity has already begun to me less.  Especially when the services they offer require trading by competing to increase volume. The free airdrop Era is almost extinct and I don't think everyone can survive in this changed airdrop industry.

Gone are the days we used to hunt after airdrops, but not anymore, because we have learned a lot and discovered many things we didn't know before regarding cryptocurrency, only the beginner has been have an interest in airdrops to gain insight into how things work in crypto by first familiarizing themselves with airdrops.

When you say "in the past," even last year airdrops were active, people were profiting from them. In recent months, they've become very stagnant; I haven't heard anything. I think it's entirely due to the bear market; if there's hype again, new projects will continue giving out airdrops. Although, airdrops are decreasing every period, it's hard to know what the future holds. Still, it's worthwhile to keep working and following what's happening in the market, so you don't regret missing out on Uniswap-style airdrops.

^  Not really sure why you're replying to his post...  My brain turned to mush after reading it and actually trying to understand it. 

Anyway, people at CT are starting to talk about Hyperliquid airdrop 2 again.  Not really sure what the criteria is but they say that to cover all your bases you should be trading in the exchange, staking some HYPE and hold a Hypurr NFT. 

And it's not just trading for the sake of being active.  You should really be trading...  Like a real user.
