Opstan
Decentralized Blockchain Social Network Powered by Mining

What is Opstan?

Opstan is a decentralized blockchain network with no central owner, no central server, and no single point of control.

The network operates through mining, in a way similar to Bitcoin: blocks are produced by miners, the blockchain is maintained by network participants, and the system continues to work as long as the community supports it.

But Opstan is not just another blockchain.

Inside the blockchain, there is a built-in social network where users can publish messages, create channels, and communicate directly inside the network itself.

In simple words, Opstan is like Bitcoin in its mining-based decentralized foundation, but with a social network built directly into the blockchain.

Key ideas of Opstan:

  • Decentralized — no central authority controls the network
  • Mining-based — the blockchain works through miners and node participants
  • Open network — anyone can download the standard node, run it, and join the ecosystem
  • Built-in social layer — messages, channels, and communication exist inside the blockchain

Current status:

  • Blockchain is already live and working
  • More than 10,000 blocks have already been mined
  • The network is active
  • Official website: opstan.org

How Opstan works:

Opstan is an open blockchain network secured by mining.

Users can run a node, join the network, and interact directly inside the blockchain social layer.
This means Opstan combines two things in one system:

  • a blockchain maintained through mining
  • a social network built directly into that blockchain

How to join:

  • Visit the official website: opstan.org
  • Download the standard node
  • Run the node and connect to the network
  • Explore the decentralized social network inside Opstan

We are looking for early users, miners, testers, and community members who want to explore the project and help it grow.

I mined some coins via pool and this address is definetely used by pool. Maybe they switched the address now.

That address belongs to the mining pool.
Right now, the pool is finding most of the blocks because the network is still small.
The pool then distributes the rewards among participating miners.
The next reward distribution is scheduled for 24.03.2026.

You can visit the pool here: https://opstan.org/index.html
You can check pool rewards here: https://pool.opstan.org/ui/rewards

You can contact me through Telegram, by writing to me inside the social network, or by email if that is easier for you.
I think we could potentially cooperate, especially if you are a programmer as well. In any case, you are welcome to test the node and explore how it works.
The source code will be available on the website soon.

What do you think about the idea of a decentralized social network on its own blockchain?

Pool payout update

Pool rewards were sent at 00:25 UTC on 24.03.2026 from the following reward wallet:

Code:
1aaf34aa5525acc034dc30d6665d253a899aa7e1dd81ffd0c79b580dece72a54

In this payout round, more than 27,000 coins were distributed to miners.

The minimum payout threshold was 1 coin, and all miners reached it.

Miners can check their rewards on the pool website by entering the wallet address they used for pool mining as their login:
https://pool.opstan.org/ui/rewards

Payout statistics:

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HEIyT0oaIAIgjPX?format=jpg&name=large

Important note:
Rewards for the most recent 100 mined blocks were not included in this payout yet, because those block rewards are still locked by the network and need time to mature.
All miners who participated in mining those latest 100 blocks will still receive their rewards in the next payout once those rewards are unlocked by the network.

The next payout will be made no later than 26.03.2026, and it may happen earlier depending on network load and the number of miners.

Tip for miners:
It is better to keep using one wallet address consistently for pool mining, because that wallet address is used as your login in the pool. This makes it easier to always reach the minimum payout threshold and receive rewards more smoothly.

Thank you to everyone who is mining and supporting the Opstan network.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who helped the network grow and supported pool mining.

We are also inviting new people to join the Opstan team and community.
If you are interested in mining, testing, helping with posts, channels, community activity, or supporting the development of the network, you are very welcome.

You can contact us through opstan.org.
