Indian street food seem to be a generous business that fetches the chefs lots of money, enough to build up surrounding hygiene in the restaurant but from the look it's not negligence, it's the way people grew up to see how the environment operate with street food businesses.

Had it been a culture to make such business presentable from the onset, the chef's represnetating the business today won't have a hard time at cleaning up the kitchen and the eaten environment to look great. In cases like this, it'll be much preferable for citizens to rely so much on homemade foods, but it also appears to be impossible for the indians due to how used to they're to eating the street food, which must have made the job so tedious for the cooks to run effectively due to the number of citizens in the country.

Why does it have to be like that? Is it part of the culture? Don't people get diseased and die from bacteria by eating these dishes?

It was part of the culture 1/10th the population ago.  Culture needs to catch up.   :/  Why do you think Indians like curry?  The spices used (turmeric, garlic, ginger, and chili) inhibit the growth of bacteria and viruses in the body, boost the immune system, and aid in digestion.

Yes I assumed it must be a cultural as the street practice which I also find to be some worth content creations as I watches their cooks activities online.
Honestly I don't know it was such a serious and reality events because the food processes looks very disgusting.
I don't also but the ideal of the considering the spices used in preparing the foods known to be anti virus.
So the people have to ignorantly feed on such state of environment and be relaxed with the condition all because the food contents contains immune booster?
Well, I also believe under development is what could sustain this practice if we must consider hygiene a prior.

That is nothing, actually.
Thete have been reports of people who have been to India and have gotten sick because it was found their food meal contained literal human feces particles.

You can search on the internet about the infamous shit curry which got tourists sick in the travel in India.
Someone using their armpit to manipulate food is tame when compared to the wildest stories from India.

The more the population of a city, the more popular the food business becomes and the shops are always crowded. It is really tough to do business avoiding all these crowds and in that case it is very difficult for the businessmen to follow the cleanliness policy in the environment. If there is a huge crowd in the locality, you will not be able to run your business in a neat and clean manner. Not only in India but also in my country Bangladesh, such dirty environment has been observed in food businesses. Yet, despite the widespread buying and selling in this dirty environment, there is no adverse reaction among the customers. Due to the excessive pressure of population in the densely populated cities of India, it is not possible to follow the proper environmental policy, which is also being observed in my country.

It is not about the crowd, there are restaurants who can manage the ultimate cleanliness with thousands of people at the table so it is all about the price tag of the product, when it is sold at most affordable rate then there is not much for the abience is charged there but this isn't about providing better, it is about giving the basic thing which is mandatory no matter how much crowded the place is.

One could take food vendors in cities like New York as an example, That is one of the most crowded cities in this hemisphere and cleanliness and public health is so important that even street food vendors are regularly checked by authorities so they are complying with the basic measures to provide healthy food to their clients.

In india, it seems the population is so crowded and there are so few inspectors that the system is pretty much useless to keep only healthy food on the streets.

It's not just the lack of authorities, which is also true but the main reason why there is difference in standards is the cost of the product, in NY you might be buying a street for for like $4.90 or $9.90 but in India it will be cost around less than $1 when it is from a stall of food truch so obviously there will be compromise but as I said lack of certain standards is okay but it is not acceptable at all but still people buy for some reasons.
