Hi all, we've been live for a few weeks now and finally decided to make our bitcointalk thread - please let us know what you think! We'll be closely monitoring this thread and answering any questions people may have.

Here's some more info on our platform, and why we're different:

The biggest issue we've seen online gamblers have is that they have to trust casinos to honor their withdrawals/winnings. There's no shortage of threads, both on this forum and other social media, where people win big and are suddenly subjected to invasive KYC checks and have their funds frozen.

This is an inherently flawed system, as crypto is supposed to be all about a trustless digital currency, and yet you have platforms who force KYC and freeze funds masquerading as "crypto casinos". This is no different from a coffee shop like Starbucks wanting to be called a "crypto coffee shop" just because you can buy their gift cards with crypto - it's the same concept.

That's why we set out to build Runnit, which offers a trustless, self-custodial gambling experience. There is no traditional deposit or withdraw system: all you have to do to play is connect your Solana wallet. Every bet comes out of your wallet, and every payout instantly settles on-chain to that same wallet. The golden rule of crypto is "not your keys, not your coins", so we figured this should apply to casinos too: "not your keys, not your balance".

Feel free to PM me your Runnit id/username and, as long as you've placed a few bets and aren't a bot, I'll give you some free Solana to do with as you wish  Smiley

Welcome to bitcointalk!

I suppose given the nature of the platform, only Solana is supported and nothing else?

I'm also guessing team is still expanding their slots game library as I'm seeing it's new. Because popular game providers like hacksaw, nolimit, peter & sons, netent cannot be found.

Welcome to Bitcointalk, it appears that this casino only accepts altcoins [SOL and USDC] if there is no payment for bitcoins the moderators will move it to the altcoin board.

Your casino also applies KYC anytime right?
Because I see in the terms and conditions there it is clearly written that your casino has the right to provide additional KYC procedures on every withdrawal, I think that is the wording, so this is not completely Anonymous, because it is clear that this big win will be a concern for the casino to impose this.

We reserve the right to conduct additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal request.

Correct, this is a Solana casino.

No, we do not apply KYC, ever. The wording in our TOS is for legal reasons, but there is nothing we can freeze and no winnings we can withhold because they all go right to your wallet instantly. Just think about it from a technical perspective, your funds are on the blockchain, so the most we could do is prevent you from logging on to our site, but your "balance" stays in your own wallet, always.

Yes, correct. Slots are new, and we'll be releasing the other providers like Hacksaw and NLC in the coming weeks!

Re-reading the clause again and it's a KYC enforcement upon withdraw request "We reserve the right to conduct additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal request." Or you should explain what do you mean that the wording in your TOS is for legal reasons?
Just thinking about it from a legal perspective, are you trying to cheat with authorities to satisfy your customers? Please explain this detail.

By accessing the site, the user attests that they are not a resident of or located in: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, or any other blacklisted or restricted jurisdiction where gambling may be prohibited. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the use of our platform is lawful in their country.

Usually, I don't read similar paragraphs in NO KYC casinos, unless they are lying to attract more traffic before enforcing the KYC procedures.

It is simply standard legal boilerplate - we don't need to enforce KYC or do AML checks as all your bets are transactions are on-chain. Either way, there is nothing we can "enforce" on the KYC side, as your balance is on-chain. We will never KYC, but like I said before, if you want to entertain this idea that we will (just as a hypothetical), you would realize that it wouldn't be physically possible for us to freeze your funds or prevent withdrawals as it is always on-chain & in your custody.

I think there is too much focus on the TOS, when more focus should be on the actual mechanics and blockchain/Solana aspect that protects the players and prevents them from having to trust us.

The casino is entirely non custodial as I expected. The wallet on your device cannot be used to connect and play directly but you need to deposit to play the games. Games are nothing fancy or new and I didn’t see any runny originals games.

Not sure I fully understand what you mean by this, as your two sentences are a bit contradicting. You do not need to deposit to play the games - the default mode is "external wallet", meaning you approve transactions right from your wallet and that's where funds go out from / come in to. We also offer an embedded wallet mode, which still keeps your balance on-chain and in your custody but allows you to place bets without having to manually approve transactions. This uses a wallet generated by us (or more specifically, Privy.io), but it is a separate option only if you want. We also do have 6 originals.
