scam sites should not be listed, and should be added scam warning.

i found it on kycnotme

https://kycnot.me/service/nokyc-noaml
Scam or shady websites do get a warning, for example: https://bitlist.co/service/godex

And neither are publicly listed on BitList.

Everything seems very shady. I want to hear what's his answer to my question.

There may be additional sites like these. I believe the same Russian operator runs them and is targeting new victims. Please avoid using these services.
I am not saying the service maybe linked to the ones above, but I did notice some striking similarities with this one as well, and it was also announced recently in the currency board
- exmymoney.com

The did use a different colour theme but most of it is the same as the other two. I hope it's just a coincidence.

The website has been stopped

I was perfectly accessible at the time when I reported it here, and it had a resemblance to the two websites mentioned in this thread. The only difference was that the background color was not dark. It's unfortunate I forgot to archive it

The archive from 2024 shows the set-up that was completely different from the recent one - https://web.archive.org/web/20240229053328/https://exmymoney.com/

Could you share which engine is that? Why are you guys all using the same engine?
Thank you for the first adequate message in this thread. You are the first person here to ask a question on the actual substance instead of repeating baseless nonsense.

To answer you directly: it is a custom engine based on another solution. I personally developed and adapted it further, and later sold it to ByWare. That is why both websites use the same engine and look similar. There is no mystery there, and we have never denied it.

Also, to be clear, this is not really about all the websites mentioned in the original post. In practice, everything discussed in this thread after that first post has been about only two websites: ByWare and NoKYC-NoAML. Those two websites are not scam sites and have nothing to do with fraud. The other websites listed in the original post have nothing to do with us, and if you look carefully at the links provided there, you will see that they even have a different design. In fact, apart from the original post itself, the entire discussion in this thread has been reduced to just one point: that our website looks similar to ByWare because the same engine is being used. Throughout the rest of the discussion, nothing has been shown linking us to the other websites mentioned in the original post.

scam sites should not be listed, and should be added scam warning.

i found it on kycnotme

https://kycnot.me/service/nokyc-noaml
You are throwing in that KYCnot link as if it proves fraud, but once again you did not even read your own source carefully.

What that page actually shows is, at most, a platform or listing issue - not proof of scam activity. The issue there is that our website displayed their logo under a “Partners” label, while they apparently do not allow themselves to be presented that way. That is a disclosure/presentation dispute, not evidence of theft, fraud, or some “coordinated deceptive operation.”

ByWare had the same issue for the exact same reason: we used the same engine, and in that engine the badge section was labeled “Partners.” After ByWare ran into that issue, they removed the word “Partners” and left only the badges. We kept the “Partners” label on our side because the badges shown on our website are only services we actually partner with.

So once again, you are taking a source that says one thing and pretending it says something completely different. A label or listing dispute with KYCnot is not evidence of fraudulent activity. And when you try to turn something that minor into “proof” of a scam network, all you really show is that you either did not understand the source you cited, or you understood it perfectly well and chose to misrepresent it anyway.

@Trêvoid, I understand the reasoning for nokyc-noaml = byware due to the same yandex id, exact same engine and faq/about pages.

But why do you connect them to jud-ex and darkmap? Did they also look the same?

Good question - finally something relevant in this thread. I fully support this question and would like to see a clear answer from @Trêvoid, not another round of unfounded gossip.

Hello, good day.

Please carefully check the DarkMap order page scam thread linked by Skjadoon (bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5570619.0)

and compare this order page with the scam sites ByWare(.)net and Jud-EX(.)com created by a Russian scammer.

The sent, received, deposited, and order numbers, the important message area, and many other elements are identical across these pages and this similarity is clearly visible.

Even for example, verify the IDs of pages with order numbers.

https://jud-ex.com/en/order/HEXQ4 | Archived (https://streamable.com/ebtnt3)
https://byware.net/en/order/INT06 | Archived (https://talkimg.com/images/2026/03/27/UvoI1C.png)

Similarity visible.

They’re using solver-priv-liq.near (Near Intents), as stated in Albon’s thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5576584.msg66499076#msg66499076)

Lets verify this claim one more time using my order ID again. https://byware.net/en/order/INT06 (https://talkimg.com/images/2026/03/27/UvoI1C.png) | Archived

BTC sent to Near Intents Hot Wallet and received SOL, what I actually wanted was XMR.

We can see that on this part it says:  Received: 0.604623068 (https://talkimg.com/images/2026/03/27/UvoI1C.png)

They don’t have automatic swaps if you request XMR they send it to you manually, but behind the scenes they’re receiving a different coin.

The reason this matters is that scam sites like jud-ex, darkmap, byware, and nokyc-noaml all follow the same pattern it’s obvious they’re run by the same Russian scammer. As I told him before, I won’t let him scam BitcoinTalk or any other forum users anymore, and I’ll do everything I can to help others avoid these scams.

-Additionally, I’d like to thank Albon for taking the time to research and support my claims, I truly appreciate the effort..

Thanks for the reply. I think the evidence is strong enough.

I have added a warning on their BitList page that links to your post.

Reminder: While they have their own self created page on BitList, they are not publicly listed or endorsed in any way.

...

Now that you have pointed out these details more specifically, and I have also looked more carefully at the elements you mentioned, I can understand why this raised suspicion.

That said, I can only repeat what I already explained above: I took an existing solution as a base and developed it further myself. The fact that scammers may have used a similar type of solution does not make me the same person as the operators being discussed in this thread.

As for jud-ex, my website was registered earlier than the jud-ex domain, so I do not rule out the possibility that they used a similar solution for their own exchanger.

But similarity in design or structure is still not proof that all of these services are run by one and the same person.
