Intimidation Tactics: Instead of providing a technical reason or evidence for the ban, their "Legal Team" sent me threatening emails mentioning FIU Curacao and GoAML. This is a clear attempt to scare a legitimate customer into abandoning their funds.

Any chance you can post evidence like screenshots of conversations/emails(not including sensitive information) you've had with their support? Also, I think it would be better to just post it on your thread so people can see what's going on. Regarding casino.guru, they accepted your case despite it being sports betting related? As far as I know, they don't accept cases that are related to sports betting. I guess they changed some things. |

I don't think it's fair to put all betby casinos in the same "bag". There are good, fair, and legit casinos with that provider. Not every betby casino, is going around confiscating legitimate wins, because of "misunderstood" flags. The exception doesn't make the rule. I am speaking from experience. |

FINAL UPDATE BEFORE OFFICIAL DISPUTE:
I have confirmed that Rollbit.com is operating under the new Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA), license OGL/2024/1260/0494, active since May 23, 2025.
I have all the evidence of my Level 3 verified account, my legitimate winnings on major football leagues, and the lack of any technical explanation from Rollbit for seizing my $3,386.52.
If my funds are not released or a fair mediation (like Video KYC) is not started within 24 hours, I will file a formal complaint directly with the CGA at cert.cga.cw. I will not let this go.
