That's a good idea but until now I haven't used a hard tool to write down my seed phrase, I still use paper and old-fashioned cellphones, and for a few years it's still quite safe, as long as my neighbors don't know I'm in contact with bitcoin it's very safe, if my wife of course I trust her, even if she will steal my bitcoin I will be sincere with her because I love her. 
I don't know, I haven't thought of using hard media to store the words, I'm still calm and there is no problem.

actually this type of metallic plate stamp backup is good i prefer the crypto steel capsule for backup than this metallic plate backup, but however all are still good because it is dust proof, water proof and fire proof or resistant. provided that it is not going to be affected by any of the climate condition weather sun or rain. apart from this, more backup is needed for safety and self security.

This isn't a a bad idea at all. But it still comes with its own down side, what happens in a case of memory loss or even death. For memory loss there is little or no chance that the owner of that wallet will remember how those words were originally arranged and in the case of death no one else understands the correct arrangement of the seed phrase. To me I will engrave it in a metallic storage then keep it where I am so certain no one else has access to.  Someone very reserved for me alone.

That's a good idea for storing your seed phrase, and it is almost resistant to water and fire, which is another plus point for its security. However, if the seed is safe from scammers, fire, water, earthquakes, and everything that can cause physical damage, how will you keep it safe from theft? Yes marking your words on stainless steel is perfect safety against fire and water, however, reports have shown that business is moving to more tough way that is not based on single real item. Although I support your idea of steel, I must point out here that marking of metal may be hard job and likely to have mistakes in mind of total beginner, with most experts now recommending use of so-called Smart Wallets that give Group Recovery to help in resetting entry code without 24 word list.
I think the best answer now is to follow mixed plan such as MPC or 25th word code so that, even in case that thief can find your steel plate, he or she cannot steal your money.

We may consider putting backup phrase in metal but the problem what about the people who don't have the tool to curve it, are they going to spend for the tools for it, on the other hand if they ask people to curve it it will expose the seed phrase to other people they might have interest and write it down, now its compromise.

Tools for "writing" onto metal are readily available as ready-made kits, or you can buy the same tools individually (which is cheaper but more time-consuming).

Initially, it's acceptable to write down the seed phrase even on plain paper (multiple copies), but as soon as possible, it's safer to use a metal plate (as soon as possible).

That is the worst mistake you can make, even if you think that person don't know anything about bitcoin.
I saw this tools used for writing on metal can be found dirt cheap on aliexpress and temu, so there is no excuse.
I am also sure this tools can even be purchased locally, same as stainless steel washers and plates.
