Bitcoin fast becoming a parallel economy in Naira!

In our Naira a lot of persons have become increasingly dissatisfied with the nature of the Naira; inflation constantly affecting the purchasing power,and it has recently adopted a volatile nature. Even a lot of persons intending to carry out international trades or commitments find the price of such exchange outrageous.

Then comes Bitcoin, a lot of Nigerians do not see it as just an asset for investment rather,buys now used as a route to form what is looking like a parallel economy.

A little of Nigerians engaging in freelancing, and other digital services now earn in Bitcoin, save in Bitcoin, and also carry out international transaction ions and commitments with the aid of Bitcoin, having the confidence that the rules on Bitcoin can't be changed overnight.

Although the increased adoption of Bitcoin doesn't come without it's challenges and risks, in reality Nigerians have found an alternative that is bettering the official, hence a parallel economy.

Are we looking at a future where Bitcoin and Naira can coexist?

Many people in Nigeria that know about Bitcoin usually see Bitcoin and crypto as a form of Forex.
