I am a Sapphire VIP player on Shuffle (Username: Eterna).
My Statistics (Last 30 Days):

Net Loss: -$3,870
The Issue:
Despite being one of their top-tier players, Shuffle has completely SILENCED me. I am being subjected to a systematic communication blackout because I requested my earned Loss-back and Retention rewards.
Current Situation:
I have never been assigned a VIP Host at Sapphire level.
Support Emails: I have sent multiple emails, and I am receiving ZERO response.
Live Support: They have restricted my access or are simply ghosting my inquiries.
Chat Ban: I have been banned from the site chat to prevent me from warning other players about this treatment.
Conclusion:
Is Shuffle facing liquidity issues? Why is a Sapphire player with nearly $400k monthly volume being treated like a criminal? Closing communication channels is the first sign of a platform that doesn't intend to honor its VIP commitments.
