3% from the deal.A pre-pay of 500$ is needed to start searching properties for you. Some properties could be sold in XMR or Bitcoin.
Others only through bank transfer or cash. For cashing out crypto in Paraguay there is a fee from 3.5 to 5% depending on the amount.
What's included in the service?
1) Checking contracts and titles (titles will be checked by a notary at the Ministry RUN). We can double-check the title of the property to ensure it's not a fake document.
2) Searching for properties based on your criteria.
3) Consultation about the real estate market in Paraguay; we can arrange a meeting through any app.
4) Checking the seller's ID through the police (to verify it's not a fake ID and to review their background — whether they have any charges of any kind).
5) helping to pass the compliance (if needed).
What's not included :
Notary fee to transfer the title. The notary by law has a % for doing the title transfer based on the purchase price of the property. It's around 0.75%.
You can buy the property as a resident of Paraguay or as non-resident with your passport. Non-resident will pay a higher tax in the day of re-selling the property (15% instead of 10% for residents).
Purchase of properties under 50,000$ can be easily done in cash or in crypto.
