That’s pretty much me.... After I finish work and just want to relax for a bit, I open my phone, go to my usual casino and check the slot games first. It’s always the same few games too, I don’t even bother with most of the others anymore.

You should be careful so that you don't get addicted since it has become a daily routine. I am more of a sport bettor which makes it easy for me to stay away from gambling because I bet mostly during the weekends. I play slot once in a while, if I feel like gambling with something different.

It's better you limit your gambling activities and stop gambling whenever, you are bored addiction. You can also engage yourself with other activities to pass time instead, of gambling consistently.

I prefer the second option; at least your brain is working in some way, and knowing something about the odds, you can win some money rather than just throwing money away playing slots. I'm not poor enough to save money every step of the way, but just out of boredom, throwing away even small amounts of money is considered a very bad habit. Correctly stated above, regular gaming can lead to addiction. I don't want to be a bore by repeating this over and over again, but I will suggest healthier ways to get rid of boredom, and I also don't urge you to give up gambling. I also do sports betting, but I only play on limited games. Usually after the morning games, I stop already and don’t bet on sports anymore.

But there are times when I get bored, so my go-to for fun is playing slots. Not really sure if it’s already becoming an addiction, but one thing I’ve noticed is it’s starting to take a lot of my time. Losses are still very manageable since it’s just slots. Yeah, you tend to get accustomed to a few games if you use it regularly. I love sports betting and I mostly spend time analyzing matches and adding them to slip and staking, but whenever I'm too tired to do some analysis, I'm the same as you. Buh gambling surely helps to unwind.

Maybe you need to watch it a little to be sure you're not already building an irregular life pattern, especially if you've got a family that needs your attention after work, some things needs higher priorities than gambling and shouldn't be neglected.

This is common among those who are addicted to slots. Because the brain wants its dopamine rush, the currently addicted thing is remembered easily. For a slot lover this is going to be slots. If you stifle that desire and not go to play, you will feel bad for a short while but is manageable. Again for the next few days the desire will happen but with less intensity. By controlling that you will find yourself in a position of confidence where you can control your habits better.

Everyone sire have favourites for a particular games or sports that they feel comfortable and fun to participate whenever they feel bored or intend to gamble, the same way you may feel for your favourite slots games I definitely feel differently cause we're of different mindsets and opinions. But usually it's certain that when one is idle different things might creep in the mind and gambling to ease one of that has always been one medium.

Yes, it's becoming part of our daily lives since we can all access online games right now. For me before I sleep, I will have to check my favorite slots or any other game for that matter. And if I feel like playing because I'm bored or I just want to scratch that itch then I will go and play.

I used to like slot games this much but not anymore, back in the day when I was still very much new to gambling,  I had no good knowledge of sports betting because I wasn't really a fan of football and majorly other sports games as well, so when others were betting and discussing sports, there was no way I will bet on something i am not a fan of, so I always sticked to slot and other casino games.

But with time and as I began to study, pay attention to football, I began to learn about the game and also I picked interest in betting on some of the games from teams I've spent some time watching play matches, and from here, I began to develop love for betting more than I had love for slot games..

I actually do the opposite where when I feel bored, in fact gambling or any game makes me more bored than 70% if I try to gamble again my boredom increases 150% so I will avoid it and don't want to have anything to do with the world of gambling.

For me, gambling and games are not a place to overcome my boredom, I instead look for other alternatives, for example going to the beach and swimming, maybe I will spend a day full on beaches or places of communication where there are waterfalls that feel natural and I enjoy it all without getting bored or saturated.

As for me, gambling isn't the first thing on my mind whenever I'm bored. Nah! Boredom itself kills my interest in a lot of things except taking a nap. That's a relatable experience but I would advice you not to make it an habit, when gambling is In the process of becoming an addiction it simply starts out as something you just want to get involved in to pass time or do when you are bored then overtime you start depending on it to keep you entertained whenever you are bored, sometimes when you get bored try to do other things so gambling won't be the only option.

That is how addiction starts, I don't think you are enjoying what you are doing, That is pure addiction. Whatever you like doing that doesn't add anything to your life rather makes you to lose in one way or the other is just addiction. Because doing this will make you lose money and sometimes losing much money will leed to dippresion, anger and probably leed to mode swing. In my humble opinion I will suggest you watch out the level at which you gamble after you are back from work, because that is a pure sign of addiction. Those that get addicted are not far from what you have Just explained.

Not me, but that behavior is definitely indicative that you have an addiction problem. If your mind constantly stays to doing one activity instead of living a more varied lifestyle, then it is a bad sign. I've had similar things in the past - usually involving playing a game, but fortunately they've all been free to play ones. It's only the fact you're attracted to a pay to play one that causes the problem really, because it can get very expensive and you must keep funding the habit to "get your hit". I would suggest trying to find some other way to fill your time and add variety into your routine, even things like an exercise plan that you stick to or figuring out another thing that is a useful investment for your money instead.
