Thousand times not me but have seen persons around me dealing with exactly what you have dealt with. I came to the conclusion that it is better to give 100 dollars and never see again this type of friends because a friendship costs much more than one hundred dollars and I came to this conclusion exactly because of such events. I have seen people at work, people involved with heavy debt and compulsive gambling ask me money, I gave them and told them if this is not returned of exact date agree do not ever ever ask money from me, as simple as that. I think this is the correct way to deal with such type of persons because otherwise you only end up hurting yourself through such scenarios.

In my opinion, your logic is completely right - if a person doesn’t take any risk in case of a loss, then they have no right to claim a share of the profit. A tip is just an opinion, not an agreed investment. He guessed right this time, good for him, but that doesn’t make him a “co-owner” of your bet.
Personally, I think things like this should be agreed on in advance - either you share both the risk and the profit, or everyone plays on their own. Otherwise, these kinds of situations almost always come up, especially when the bet actually wins.

Your friend definitely made an unreasonable demand because he did not make any deal before placing the bet that you would have to pay him after winning. You're right with that, if that bet lost then he's not going to take accountability for it and will simply say to move on with that lost. But is he really serious when he asked you with that? maybe he's just poking and joking you because he knew it that you've won that bet through his prediction. You should never bet according to someone else's suggestion because in gambling, no one can guarantee you that their prediction will be true. I have seen that happened among other gamblers I know but betting on that others suggestions are you may mean, it was basically voluntary of the bettor to risk his own funds while having confidence on the analysts decisions.
It is not strictly like yours where the other party had to force you with all eagerness of personal interest that you must place the bet. I am referring to how you explained the story because it feels like you are easily to be manipulated.

Well... Bets has lot of branches. If it was an agreement before the game was played of course you should not be biased but I think since it was your personal funds staked, it should not be argued, you have all right to decide how you do with the profits won despite the source of the ticket code.

I believe you should reconsider the definition of a 'friend'.  It is your fault for entertaining a relationship based on interests.  They are not a friend.  Forcing, demanding, manipulating, get rid of this person or stop complaining and accept the situation you are in.
