10CRIC missing deposit scam of 20400 INR

I have been a vip member of 10cric, but recently I have had horrible experience using their site, all my deposits are getting credited to their merchant account but not in my account. upon mailing them I am getting all automated responses that does not help. I suggest you all especially Indian fiat users to be careful with this site. two of my deposits should have been processed on 23rd I even got confirmation mail on the refund, but I have not received a single rupee as refund from them till now and I am worried, I may contact bank if this continues

1. 8000 INR (10th march 2026)

2. 3000 INR (16th march 2026)

3. 5000 INR (27th march 2026)

for first two missing deposits, they told me officially its processed for refund and I will receive it by 23rd but I still have not received any refund and they didn't respond.
can anybody help me get my deposits back

Is this a sports betting site? I've only just heard about this site; it seems the owners have transferred their domain to a new one.

But I've seen the 1-star reviews from Trust Pilot, which are truly awful. You're not alone. If they're actually trying to recover the funds, it's going to take a long time. Unfortunately, I can't access the site (perhaps it's restricted or it's been taken down). Hope you get your money back.

Well. I just remembered this casino's failure to process INR. This leads me to believe they partnered with the same fiat payment processor that's still having issues. But I don't know, I haven't seen similar complaints recently; I think bc.game has terminated their partnership with one of their partners.
