Hello,
I’ve been betting on Rollbit since last year. Everything was going well — I was betting, depositing, and successfully withdrawing my funds.
I have a negative record overall; I’ve lost much more than I’ve withdrawn, and even so, recently I’m no longer able to withdraw my money.
I successfully completed the identity verification (KYC) as requested. I contacted support, and they replied with: “Thanks for your patience here. Can you please list the other accounts that you've had on Rollbit?”
I responded that I only have ONE ACCOUNT on Rollbit. A day later, support wrote back: “Hey there, we will need you to list your other Rollbit accounts.”
Support only replies once a day, and now they haven’t responded to me for several days! It’s unbelievable!
I HAVE ONLY ONE ACCOUNT! I do not have multiple accounts, and they refuse to provide any proof that I do, because they don’t have any! Because I only use one account!
It’s becoming clear that Rollbit are scammers and they don’t want to let me withdraw my money, and this issue is very common for many people from what I’ve read!

Unless you follow the standard format of the scam accusation, it's hard to help you. We need more details on how much you have tried to withdraw, and please add screenshots of the account that don't break your privacy. Also, we need to see the chat history with the support system so we can understand the real story. They flag your account, meaning something is wrong there and it needs to be clear. I hope a ROLLBIT representative will respond to your allegation. Otherwise, I will keep following this thread. In case they don't reply, I will PM their representative to respond here. Unless they come here and explain the situation, we don't know what happened exactly, and we can't judge blindly. So wait for their response and read the stickied post to know the standard format of the scam accusation.

As per the screenshot, it seems there are a total of four withdrawals pending. After the first pending withdrawal you have successfully withdrawn a couple of times; those amounts are also bigger than the pending withdrawal. Support is also not responding much and just asking for your other account. So are you sure you don't have more accounts on ROLLBIT? I'm not sure if ROLLBIT or the game provider flagged your account. Have to wait for their reply. I have sent a PM to a ROLLBIT representative; I hope they will come here to solve the issues. Please be patient and wait for their response; that's what we can do from our ends as a forum member. I will keep following this thread to see the outcome and hope your problem will be solved.

I withdrew at that time and it showed that I needed to verify my account. I verified my account, and afterward I made a few more withdrawals, which were successful. I thought that within a few days the first pending transaction would be processed as well. Later, after a few more withdrawal attempts, they also failed, and I had to contact them. They respond only once a day, claiming that I have multiple accounts on Rollbit. I do not have multiple accounts on Rollbit; I have only one. heyy my withdrawal issue with Rollbit still hadn't been resolved also support kept asking the same question, there was no response, for a long time and i left it alone...  i hope you can solve.

There have been cases involving Rollbit(if I remember correctly) where the person complaining about them says they don't have another account after being asked by Rollbit to list their accounts, but after a while, they admit that they did after checking their other emails and finding out they actually created an account on the casino before.

Hi, got all the mention through TG bot, sorry that I can only reply today. I was/am/will be on reduced screen time as instructed by my occulist, something about eyeball pressure and screen straining them, that it probably contributes to my persistent migraine [it's a known health issue I have and shared publicly here and there, one that can last for weeks once started]
Umm... anyway, I understand correctly you're wondering why you got an email asking you to declare other account you have, although you're sure you only have one account?
And yes, I still have Razer in my contact, though I haven't been in touch with him for ages. I am quite positive he'll nudge me back if I nudge him, though. Given reasonable and urgent reason.
