I only use KYC free exchanges for buying and selling.

If you are in Europe I recommend Peach Bitcoin > https://peachbitcoin.com/index.html
There is a caveat with this platform, you can trade €1000 every 24 hours KYC free but anything
over that and you have to submit your details.

Another worthy platform is HODLHODL >  https://hodlhodl.com/
Again KYC free with no limits.

Also be mindful these are peer-to-peer exchanges with escrow but do your research and stay safe.

Hi im delanuit new to bitcoin where should I start buying and selling it and which exchanges or apps do you recommend for security and ease of use?

thank you helpping
You should start on what is available and allowed exchange in your country, so that you will not have any problem, list all the license exchange in your country and start their create the account, kyc if needed, and fund your wallet with usdt and buy some bitcoin.
Be careful on fake link of an exchange they might stole your funds in your exchange if you were given a wrong link, good luck

If I was in a position to advise, the best place I would probably advise anyone to start is by using a trusted and widely used exchange which works in their country. For example, for someone in Nigeria, platforms like Binance or Bybit are usually the most reliable and easiest platforms to navigate as a beginner and they also support the P2P trading which mean you can buy bitcoin directly using your local currency on the appreciate without stress.
What I guide many of beginners to do is create an account, complete verifications which are required then use the P2P platform to firstly buy USDT with the local currency then use the USDT to purchase or convert it to bitcoin. It is something which works very well for our own community here. The next advise I used to give is simply for you to be very careful with security using the 2 factor verification and other methods of security Protections.

By that question you asked here, it means that you are not actually ready to start. So don't dive unto something that you don't know and much better at this point do some research about Bitcoin, also those important points that you need to know.

Its good that you already know this forum since you can start you're researching here. Also there are lots of learning materials posted online, then try to dig up lots of information to learn not only the good side but also those other things you need to consider before starting up your Bitcoin investment.

You're a newbie who probably was introduced to bitcoin or maybe you read the forum somewhere and decides to come here and quickly decides to come here and ask about how you'll get involved. You already have the positive mindset of becoming a Bitcoiner but beyond that, you need to calmly learn about bitcoin, understand it to a certain level before you can start buying and selling. You need to have a good knowledge of what you want to venture into before taking action.

I've read too many helpful responsive posts under this thread including the ones from experienced members, I believe you've read them too, and if you can follow the instructions, you'll definitely succeed.

Thank you, i’d never heard of these two platforms before. As a newbie, i have a few thoughts and some questions. How does the daily €1,000 limit work on each? Is the identity verification process lengthy if the limit is exceeded? Have you seen anything regarding transaction fees and buyer seller trust on HODLHODL? How does escrow security work on both platforms and what do users do to avoid the risk of fraud?

It's best not to accidentally exceed €1,000 for your transaction, as this is usually the trigger for a request for identity details. During this process, your funds are usually temporarily held.

I'm not yet familiar with this platform; their fees are explained in their ToS page
