Uhh... ideally, many players left the fund untouched as they run to this forum when they stumbled upon situation. I think we can pride ourselves enough that we're still relevant in cryptoworld and stand out amongst crypto-forums, from our SA board [of which, one of the reason why I do what I do voluntarily: to keep this forum as a hub for casinos and players]. But that was me speaking ideally and I am not gonna do assigning-blame here, as I completely understand that our forum is also not that well known that everybody head here the instance they encountered issues.

Thus, realistically, I've noted the amount due is around 527 USD. If you can give me permission to get my contact to look into your data and give me the exact number, that'll be nice start. Then we can probably go from that point into desirable resolution, especially as the current hush-hush is that there is a major breakthrough in BetPanda that'll make... my head throbbing less.

I’m quite a new player on crypto platforms. Before registering on crypto betting sites, I used to read reviews on Trustpilot. Of course, it’s hard to find any betting company with truly good ratings, but I always assumed that many complaints were due to users violating rules or similar issues. Personally, even in a relatively short time, I’ve always acted fairly and haven’t had any problems anywhere — neither with withdrawals, deposits, nor anything else.

When I received the email stating that this was the final decision, operating under a Curaçao license, it seemed like I only had one option at that moment — to withdraw my funds. Only later, when I started looking into whether anything more could be done, I found your forum and many threads about BetPanda. I would have never thought that such issues could be resolved not directly with the company or through legal action, but through a forum community — that’s truly incredible.

To be honest, I believed that after initiating the withdrawal I would still have 72 hours of access to my account, so I could take all the necessary screenshots. However, as soon as I withdrew the funds, my account was blocked. I genuinely didn’t even consider that by withdrawing I might be agreeing to something.

Of course, I have no problem granting permission for you to review my information. Please let me know if you need any formal written consent or a signed document.

I am having a hard time believing that Betpanda would scam someone for $500 and then return the last deposit. This is not what the scam casinos usually do. Scam casinos will confiscate your winnings and your deposit, ban your account, and you won't even get a response. I believe Betpanda has its reason to ban you. Unfortunately, the casinos barely share the reason. They cannot disclose everything in detail for security reasons.

Betpanda has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in this forum. They spend more than $10K each week to promote their casino in this forum. Do you really think they care about your tiny $500? They are operating a huge business. They don't have time to play with players to scam $500.

Uhh... my apology. Good thing for T1HGO maybe, but not yours [in short shot]. I've escalated to my contact of T1HGO case after he slapped me with an insight and I realized the case need a re-trial. My contact is currently focusing their effort in reopening T1HGO's case while BetPanda is under the "tsunami" of massive team overhaul [that come with better outcome and more power to my contact] because his was older and more prone to be buried as the system shift.

So my contact "literally" hold fast to T1HGO files and will present them to the table after the dust settle. Then we'll move to yours.

My apology that it has to go in that order. We have to do strategic approach to ensure every member gets their chance.

What you described as "scam" was exactly what they did to me. I have noticed at around july of last year, they started refunding deposits. Cases before that had deposits confiscated along with winnings. Stealing is stealing. Doesn't matter if it's a million dollars or 1 cent. 500 dollars might be tiny for you, but for OP it might not be. It's not a matter of beliefs, it's a matter of facts. So far, OP has provided something we can call evidence. Betpanda didn't even bother responding. I understand you are free to share you opinion, this is a public forum after all.

This has to be one of the worst takes i've read in this forum in a while. You see, there's many of ways to look at this. I could see it as protection. Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars as you say, could be argued, were spent as protection along with good reputation. I am not trying to throw mud at anyone here. As a certain someone in the forum made me realize how important the benefits of a signature campaing can be to someone. Good reputation in the forum is something they can buy. But this forum is just a bubble. Peek outside the forum and you will see:

As you see, this isn't as one dimensional as you say and there's many angles and perspectives to take on this.

First of all, thank you for reaching out. I haven’t abandoned this topic at all, but after my vacation I’ve been extremely busy with work — and I also need to lose the extra kilograms I gained

To be honest, after your statement about late betting, I became even more interested in this situation.

Unfortunately, I no longer have any access to my bets placed on the BetPanda platform. After my last withdrawal, my account was blocked, so I lost access before I had the chance to take any screenshots. Sadly, at the time I didn’t even think about doing that.

The only thing I could potentially provide are bets placed on other platforms such as Rollbit or Rainbet, since the bets and timestamps were usually identical to the ones placed on BetPanda. However, I understand that this would probably look pointless or unreliable, so I really hope your contact is able to review my actual betting history directly on their side.

What I would especially like to emphasize — and what I find most interesting — is that I generally do not place late bets at all, or if I do, they represent maybe 1% of all my bets maximum.

The main point is that EuroLeague and player markets are usually uploaded 1–2 days before the match. That is when I place most of my bets because, in my opinion, that’s when the most value can be found. The only thing I do later is continue adding to the same bets as the limits increase over time. For example, one day before the match they may allow a $200 stake, then 12 hours later another $200, and so on. Because of that, I usually already have my full desired stake placed around 3 hours before the game starts.

The only situations where I might place a bet shortly before the match are when the official lineup/report is released around 15 minutes before tip-off and I notice that a player is out or there is fresh injury news. In those cases, yes, it’s definitely possible that I placed an over or under bet on another player from that team. However, those situations are quite rare.

As for live betting, I honestly don’t even do it — I have never placed live bets.

I sincerely hope your contact will be able to verify the information I provided and either confirm or deny it based on the actual betting data.

I took the initiative to investigate further with my contact on BetPanda after we finished the other case, while I am nudging you.

To give a better context to keep any ill-intention from anyone to twist this into something entirely different: no, BetPanda did not try to steal from the player. I've seen the flag with my own eyes. But, like I said, my contact is really fair and honest person. They tried his best and pushed around and convince the management that confiscating under this reason by betby's flag is wrong.

We'll figure this out to the best outcome.
