Well it depends on the number of hours you spent on looking at your account or working on your trades. Maybe if you do it most time of the day and without considering other activities in life, then it would be stressful. But if you work on it and then also do fun stuffs, then life will be great.

If someone is spending too much time on their trading broker and there is a corresponding winning trade, I don't think the person will consider it to be a stress; it's when there is too much time spent on something and you don't get much positive result that the person will be feeling the stress, since profit is not much guaranteed. It's better to do the little the person can and put attention on other things so as not to put the brain and expectation under too much pressure.

In crypto, Knowing Bitcoin has improve my life financially more than expected since it also gives gives the opportunity of a trusted and secured investment makes it more comfortable for investors to invest as it is not a third party operational system.

Financially my life have improved, all thanks to crypto and Bitcoin.

I raised up through faucets and Airdrops starting from 2016 before I found this forum, I have had my series of losses, millions of doge coins, and even some handful numbers of Bitcoin, oh yes some numbers of Ethereum too, but in exchange I got more knowledge about crypto and wallets in return, although I paid too much price for this knowledge, poor me.

Is crypto moe stressful for me? The answer is yes, but is there anything that's not stressful in today's world? I believe there is none, stress is part of life, I have learnt to create time for everything, work, relaxing times and family too, without Bitcoin and crypto I don't know where I would be right now, because living in a poor country is not encouraging.

In other words, whether our lives improve or not, and whether we feel stressed or not, depend on us, not on Bitcoin or altcoin.

Actually a roller coaster before it happens to become a successful i seen the price of the bitcoin at that time that it comes at the lowest price but i dont have a budget or to have the capacity to buy so i tried to accumulate small portions of bitcoin and manage to make profit at the first cycle i experienced after that i tried to tell to my self that this upcoming cycle ( the last 2024 ) is i will make profitable and bagged tons of coin as possible good thing i gained good earnings now bitcoin helps me a lot of things to my daily expenses and also helps with my family now this coin change my life so thats the time i tried to engage and deep into more about the crypto space and still hopefully have a good run.

I am full time in this crypto industry. No, I am not a crypto trader, but I do trade sometimes. I know that some persons here would say otherwise that crypto is no stress, but here is the truth crypto is not just am investment it a psychological game, so if you don't manage your emotions, your risk and your expectations, then the stress will dominate the opportunity. Anything that has to do with psychology can be very stressful, but it depends on how you engage with it. However, crypto has actually improved my life and changed the way I think about money, and the stress in crypto, Bitcoin precisely the stress is worth the long term benefits.

We always have to make sure that the stress doesn't outweigh the opportunities we can get in this market or industry as a whole, because if we don't manage things properly, things will surely get out of hand, because just like gambling, one can also ruin everything when they are into cryptocurrencies because there are trading areas where there are a lot of risks along with a lot of opportunities, but those risks are supposed to be for experienced traders and not newbies because people without a lot of experience often can't manage those risks.

So as long as someone understand their limits, such as their financial capability and the ability to manage risks of a certain level, because if you go over your level, you will surely face difficulties, which is why we should mostly stay within our comfort zone when we are in a financial market that is so volatile and unpredictable.

Yes altcoin is indeed a waste of time and assets. I can remember back then when people were rushing air drop without knowing that most of this altcoin are just scam. None of this altcoin can be compared to bitcoin. Bitcoin has proven to be among the best if not one of the most sought assets in the world.

I'm sure that person didn't lie to you. It used to be so in the recent past, anyway. I witnessed a bit of it in 2017/18 as someone who was still wet behind the ears then. As a result of that inexperience I could max out on most of those opportunities.

Yes, Bitcoin stands out but that isn't to say there aren't those who have lost huge investments in Bitcoin. There are a lot of those who got discouraged out of this industry because they couldn't bear there loss in Bitcoin.

The concept of crypto is kind of complicated, I assume op is referring to bitcoin because bitcoin is more trusted not minding the market volatility. Bitcoin investment is stressful no doubt but, in terms of price movement it’s quite understandable knowing how Bitcoin market gets, only newbies panic although nothing is guarantee concerning bitcoin price in terms of the bear and bull season yet. According to bitcoin past event bitcoin price has a way of bouncing back within a long period of time reason why bitcoin investment is considered a long term investment. I am pretty sure that traders consider trading stressful. Imho it was one of the most stressful "jobs" i have done for money. When you are playing with most volatile assets ever and don't think it's stressful, then you probably don't have much skin in the game. Playing with pocket money is very different then having your financial future is at stake.

Also, it's not cryptos you are stressed about, it's the monetary gains of them and about risks you are taking in trading. That happens in traditional trading as well.

And although I didn't make a large profit, I've been able to enjoy the benefits of Bitcoin. I'm not a long-term holder because I sometimes have to sell my Bitcoin for urgent needs. I know it's not recommended, but so far, keeping my savings in Bitcoin has been quite good because I've been able to increase the value of my money.

Haha that's pretty basic behavior of every newbie, I also did the same, and you will be shocked to hear bro that I have done the same things haha. I was not in stocks though. Anyway investing in ICOs and meme coins is tempting because of the stories we have heard of others. They made millions by investing a few dollars, so we think investing some dollars is not going to hurt us, or we will at least recover what we have invested.

Thoughts like this lead us to invest in them, but we always come to realize how risky they were, while making profit in crypto was easy if we had stuck with Bitcoin alone. It is the easiest method out there for us to make profit yet we fail to make any because we want to make more in less time so we avoid holding and do trading in highly risky tokens.
