But crypto isn't a get rich quick, I started from real scratch and be as patient and consistent as I can, now I'm already sitting with the success of my crypto investment.

Of course, many people have succeeded in the crypto industry in this regard. There is no need to worry, stress, or doubt if you are a beginner. Everyone has been in the same position as you are now. At first, when I was overly focused on the current exchange rate, it certainly added stress, but at the moment, I wouldn't say I'm feeling it. Again, stress is a subjective thing, and anyone can alleviate it by simply changing their perception (attitude toward a given situation).

Right now, the market has fallen by half compared to bitcoin ATH. Many are panicking, shouting that bitcoin has devalued. But considering that I remember times when bitcoin was worth $500, $3,000, $10,000, the current rate seems quite expensive to me. It all depends on the positivity (or negativity) of your perspective.

Do you think the stress is worth the long-term benefits?

If the benefit is significant, then perhaps yes. After all, you're working a stressful job for your paycheck, right? This isn't all that different.

That's also another thing that I have endured. When people, friends and families have doubted me when they've known that I am into Bitcoin. They raised their eyebrows towards me upon telling that I invested in Bitcoin. But right now, Bitcoin proved them wrong and they have missed the great early opportunity when they have heard of it. So, they are having hard time in thinking if they'll catch up or just better be left behind until it gets to a million dollar per piece. If someone simply listens to an advertisement where a blogger promotes easy success like investing $100 and earning a million without the ability to analyze, they can end up losing their investments. Ads on social media mean someone is paying Meta to push their content to us. They are spending money. If they were making money from trading like they claim, they wouldn't be spending too much time on ads. Instead, they are more clever. They feed you knowledge that makes you follow them, because that knowledge can be useful to you in a bull run, but in a bear run they don't give much information. Also, in a bear run, you don't see many ads or anyone claiming to make you good profit.

Actually, people are smart. Some lose from trading, those who make some money from trading, and then those who make more money than anyone by selling trading courses and their VIP groups
They know when to feed what kind of content to consumers. They will pop out like frogs in the bull season because that's their time, and that's when we have to be careful. We have spent some time in the market and know this from experience, but newbies are unaware of it.
