That doesn't matter too much if you actually have valid collateral, which you have not disclosed here; you're only stating that it's "open to discussion", which doesn't say much. What type of collateral are you offering? Is it an altcoin? Is it a domain? Is it a physical asset? You gotta specify in the request itself it you want to be taken seriously, lest you get tagged as a scammer (which has happened to many newbies)
