Just trying my luck here to be honest.

Looking for initial investment for my personal project I have been working on past year. Don't have collateral I would  loan against it right away for 5% high street interest

And I would even go fundraising but my expertise and business it self would lets say be in grey area, and fundraisers doesn't like it.

I wont go into many details here, but in case I would get yours attention we can discuss whole nature of business here

And like I said I'm in need of £50k ideally with possible top up emergency pocket  of 10k.

In return I'm offering two options... First lets treat this as "business loan" and I will  return your initial investment within first 6 months. And then double it in next 6-9 months.
Or we could treat it like an investment and we could talk partnership with fixed percentage from clean profits indefinite

Sorry, you have no luck here. Go and try your luck in the bank that you are using or on the loan online apps in your country or from someone that you know that is borrowing people money. But as far as it is on this forum, you may later get yourself negative feedbacks from people.

Well, its a good thing you put enough smileys in this so no one gets the wrong idea and takes you seriously. 

If you actually had a "clean profit" business model that could return 100% in a year, you wouldnt be begging for cash in a forum. You would be busy running the business.

Sorry, you have no luck here. Try your bank, online loan apps in your country, or someone you know who lends money. As far as this forum is concerned, you may end up getting negative feedback from people.

Thanks for the smooth opening, Charles. I know I am essentially just playing the odds, hoping to find someone like-minded for whom the initial investment would not equal a year’s salary, and who might see that my idea and the steps I have taken so far actually make sense.

Of course, I have tried everything you suggested, along with many other approaches, before realizing there is no way forward without someone backing me. At this stage, for me it is not a matter of if I will secure funding, but when.

I was expecting an awkward joke about emoticons in the first response. Close enough. 😉

Of course, it’s not exactly a 100% annual return that my business would generate. It’s actually more than that. I’m simply stating that it can realistically double the initial investment within a year while remaining profitable and ready to expand in year two.

As you can see, I do have a plan, and I would say it’s a solid one. However, that’s not quite how the system works, at least not for me.

How? I would rather be straightforward with someone I might potentially work with and not get the funding than be anything else. Something like: treat others the way you would want to be treated.

Also, anyone who has been around longer than Facebook knows that a fully legal and legitimate business would rarely generate that kind of profit.
