In  Nigeria now corruption is recognised as the major problem that has excessively caused the nation more harm than good which all citizens Cries for help but not found because the said body meant to provide solution to that problem is the father of corruption itself.  The same  corruption has extended even beyond the infrastructural sector and even sits in the employment rooms that is why employment nowadays are given not by merit but by connection. If a citizens clamouring for corruption gets favour by corrupt acts of others they then sees it as connection and never say know the way it is supposed to be.

Corruption has been one of the factors that has made Nigeria the way it is today and those who are favored rejoices and pays blind eyes to it as if they are not part of the problem Nigeria is having, if someone gets a job through manipulative way he feels that those who don't have the connection he had aren't serious minded people because he has bribe his way out of job haunting, a typical example of Rabiu Kwankwaso, imagine if he was benefiting from the government of Tinubu he won't have asked for his impeachment some time ago, that's the Nigerian we have found ourselves where corruption is celebrated.

It's a bit difficult to see any sector functioning without corruption in Nigeria be it private or public sector and the common Man funds it difficult to succeed even when a position is merited by a person they give it to the highest bidder, Godfatherism is one of such cases where a politician can wake up any morning and handpicks who he wants to be governor of a State and it stands because he has bought everyone over.
