Support mentioned that withdrawals currently always require manual checks, I also only tried to withdraw $125.

The saddest thing about all this is that if you test it right now and deposit money into the site, you'll see that the money will be credited instantly; they won't hold your deposit for verification. But when it comes to withdrawals, especially if it's a withdrawal due to high winnings, they'll make excuses to withhold the money. Casinos with this kind of behavior always require a lot of caution. I hope that if by some miracle they pay you, you don't use this casino and instead use other casinos if you don't want to go through the same bad experience. This is just a small piece of advice.

Our withdrawals are instant as well, with a few exceptions as any casino. If there is a flag on the account or on the activity (Fraud, Arbitrage etc) we check before releasing, but all casinos do the same and it won't take more than a few minutes if everything is clear.

You can test this and let me know if you have any issue. Even yesterday we processed a 52k win in a few minutes.

Did you play sports betting or casino games? If you played sports betting, I'm not surprised tbh but if you played casino games only then I believe it should not take more than 24h for manual check.

What is the difference between checking betting activity and checking casino games? It seems to me that in both cases the review should not take more than 24 hours, unless there are specific concerns about fraud or suspicious activity.

The withdrawal amount is not large enough to justify extensive additional checks, so I agree that this could have been processed faster.
In any case, there is a casino representative here who responds promptly and can help resolve any disputed issues if they arise.

Most casinos, including us, run security and compliance checks when certain risk flags are triggered. This is standard practice across the industry and is designed to protect both the casino and legitimate players.

Mate its 1.78-1.78 margin odds offered on sides on MOST medium/low league matches.
Come on that's terrible and this comes from a player that tested the site upon advertised here and got paid out of 3000usd without any issue but when I used it the odds was at minimum 1.82-1.81.
This is just horrible from the player's side...

I can confirm margin were not set correctly yet, as sportsbook has been live for just a month. We have adjusted margins on the top leagues and we are now adjusting to all others.
