I have had 4 withdrawals cancelled and I am actively talking to their support.
According to them there is an issue with their system and I am waiting for an agent of theirs to tell me when it's all resolved in order to withdraw a part of my balance.
I asked them if there is something wrong with my account (if I need to KYC , or something else) and they replied "There is no issue with your account. The problem is on our end, and we apologize for the inconvenience".
I will inform here of what happens next.
I still have not received my payout 1day after I initially requested it. The latest email of dustbit to me states that "As I can see, there's no issue on our side. The concern was initially addressed to our team, which was later forwarded to our cash department for further checks. The withdrawals are indeed instant. As for now, we haven't received any feedback about why it could be delayed in this case. However, I can assure you that your funds are safe and will be processed as soon as possible. I'll keep checking your status and try to speed up the process." Not sure on what's the issue is since they are being very vague about it but the point is I have not received my funds and the payout is still pending. Our community is already aware that we are a fully transparent and safety-focused casino, and 100% of withdrawal requests submitted by legitimate customers have been processed.

Happy to read honestly. I think I have been a solid client with 3 deposits in. I lose and win just as often but when I win and request a withdrawal I do want to get paid out. Looking forward to the resolution of this technical issue as my withdrawal is still on pending.
I have just received my second withdrawal amount on my wallet. There has been a bit of a confusion because on the Transaction Page the withdrawal appears as "cancelled" and the funds have been added to my balance again AND the same amount has been paid out to me at the same time. I suppose that this is somewhat of a glitch and I informed them of the issue just to deduct this extra amount of my balance since the payout did come to me. I like the site and have kept enough balance to continue betting there if they will have me, Tomorrow I might request another withdraw of part of my balance and see what happens. During all this time they have been answering to my emails and also during live chat. I will inform the community of my overall experience in time as I bet there and use their casino games too. They have not requested a KYC from me yet (even though I volunteered to complete it if their regulators demand it).

I just saw a user who's from the same country as me, and they are able to access the site, but for me I got the "domain registration" badge on my page. My region allows gambling, so I am surprised that it is restricted on your site.  If you want to lift the restriction, I think it's better if you can share your nationality through your posts, so that the Dustbit can look at it and check it with their site for any inaccurate restriction and notification like in your screenshot. I’m from Nigeria. I still don’t know why it’s still being restricted by very few gambling sites despite there not being any form of restriction or law saying that gambling isn’t allowed in the country. I think @dustbit should look into it and see if there’s a way for Nigerians to gamble on their site or if that decision is permanent.

It happens to me as well. Where I currently reside, are no laws restricting online gambling but from time to time, I do get a couple of casinos geo-blocking me because of my IP address. What I do is just look for those that do not restrict residents of the area. If that is what their license dictates, then there is nothing much that can be done by them.

Due to some technical issues with the instant withdrawals on dustbit , in a bit concern of my funds I have requested a withdrawal of most of my balance. The live chat agents are communicating fairly with me and assisting me through the process. I have been told that for the time being withdrawals need to get manually settled by upper management so I will be waiting until tomorrow (as I got informed) to receive my withdrawal amount. Hopefully everything will go smoothly ,in which case I will deposit again and continue using the site but for the time being I would like to have my money paid out to me. Once again I volunteered to complete KYC if it's going to help the process but I was told that I don't have to.
I am hoping everything to end smoothly and will inform the community of my overall experience with the site.

Received my withdrawal(4digits) within a few hours upon requesting it. Again the same bug in the system showing they withdrawal request as "cancelled" and the funds have been added to my balance again when the payout went through and I received it in my wallet.
Anyway seems the site is very legit despite these technical issues.
My experience overall was a good run using DustBit.
There is always speculation around new casinos and whether they are scam or not (Like the Blocino and Betcoco scammers) but it turns out not this time as DustBit has paid all my withdrawal requests and quite fast honestly.

I think @dustbit should look into it and see if there’s a way for Nigerians to gamble on their site or if that decision is permanent. The bolded bit is interesting though. Because if a fellow local was able to access the casino normally, I am inclined to think of the possibility that there's probably a technical issue unless the fellow local in question was using a VPN to bypass region based restriction. I forgot which casino, but there was one user who was mistakenly detected as someone from UK even though his home IP is non-UK. Not the same problem as yours, but just wanted to cite how an error could happen. My experience overall was a good run using DustBit.

From your design what attracts me is the "instant withdrawal and deposit" one would be able to do so quickly moreover when they are in a haste to make deposit so that they could proceed with their games.
I love seeing gambling site being launched regularly at least, in a business line where there is competition you would always see that one would be trying to be the best like to give their users the best gambling experience so that they wouldn't lose them to another casino or game site.
I have also noticed that your representative in the forum here is also very much active, at least these are what gets gamblers so much attract to focused their efforts on those site that gives them the best experience they wants.

I also tried dustbit, asked for withdraw. Story is the same, no instant withdraw(they have some tehnical problems), need to wait for 24h to receive my money. They didnt ask for verification, they said its not mandaory on their site. I will put update here if I receive or not receive my money.

The website dig up a lot more information from the browser and computer settings to estimate someone's location. Bybit has actually every tried to "guess" that I am from the UK, and they instantly blocked me from trading  I suggest he tried to use a fresh browser or maybe try visiting the website in Incognito or private mode and see if the same issue comes up

This casino itself is not claiming to have instant withdrawal, at least as what is written in their FAQ page. It is written that withdrawal process depending on some factors, it shows that they do manual withdrawal process in general for all withdrawal request. Usually casino with instant withdrawal or at least faster withdrawal will have something like "most withdrawal takes few minutes" but they dont have it.

The withdrawals are taking long to be processed, and the process appears to be manually done. So when making a deposit, have that in mind.

Warning users beforehand that you might be coming from a territory that we do not allow players from. Because there are so many countries that can be considered as gray areas. For example, mine, although the local law bans such activity, many online casinos still allow players from my area. So it can create a sort of confusion among the users, about whether one should register or not. But with this feature, players can be sure of what can be done and what cannot be, which is a good thing, imo.

If you must know I barely jumped around gambling site no matter what till it's proven otherwise.. maybe few people had already given their ratings which I know it's coming from a reliable user otherwise I can't find that passion to join new gambling site. That could be true and you are far from the truth, and that is the area they love luring people into gambling since they knew that lot of people usually love instant withdrawal and deposit.

I talked about this restriction when i went through the casino after coming across their ANN thread. The rep didn't address my post concerning the restriction, I assume they don't have plans yet on releasing the ban on Nigerians. I hope in due time they can consider opening the casino for Nigerians, I see some good reviews from gamblers who has used the casino, a good way to build strong reputation.

Dustbit.com does not list many specific countries that are restricted, only a few countries are listed in their FAQ, this may be a bit confusing whether the country of Nigera is included in the restrictions or not. Are there countries where Dustbit is not available?

United States of America and its territories
United Kingdom
North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan, Yemen
Any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

Usually, the license from Anjouan in Nigeria is not restricted? Maybe later the OP will clarify which regions are restricted to make it clearer.
