Received my withdrawal(4digits) within a few hours upon requesting it.
Again the same bug in the system showing they withdrawal request as "cancelled" and the funds have been added to my balance again when the payout went through and I received it in my wallet.

Anyway seems the site is very legit despite these technical issues.

My experience overall was a good run using DustBit.

There is always speculation around new casinos and whether they are scam or not (Like the Blocino and Betcoco scammers) but it turns out not this time as DustBit has paid all my withdrawal requests and quite fast honestly.
Thanks for the constant updates on the state of your withdrawals, at least now, the community is aware of their technical issues. These things should have been checked and fixed prior to their launch as technical issues especially with withdrawals isn't what new users would want to experience when trying a brandnew crypto-casino.

Good to see that the issue has been resolved. This is what I think: as long as the support system works properly and has an active representative from the team, everything will be settled down. Of course, we don't expect instant results, but at least it creates positivity.

What happens now is not creating negativity but rather creating room for more users. It is just proving they are committed to delivering what gamblers are expecting from them, the casino in general.

A casino site must clearly state all the things because there are financial issues involved. When a gambler loses money while gambling, they can easily accept it because they know that it is a normal process of gambling and there is a risk of losing money. But when someone does not get any clear information that he can gamble from his location and after depositing money there, if his account is banned or his money is frozen, then he will not be able to accept it easily and the site will be considered a scam. Withdrawal processing must be done on Dustbit side and any verification for that withdrawal like KYC, must be required in the user account, in email, and it should be done in the account either on computer or mobile, but I don't think it should be done in customer chat support.

It's a channel for support but for things unlike KYC verification. It's unsure the user was unknown about something with verification and asked it in customer chat support, then received support he wanted or he implied about direct verification the chat support - which I don't think actually happened because it is very strange if it was verified this way.

Nigeria is definitely not a blocked territory, I believe the user from Nigeria should check with our support as we also tested the site using a Nigerian VPN and works fine.

About the restricted countries, the issue is we don't necesserely know all countries where gambling is completely illegal, so we trust users would check this from their side, however from our side, the main restricted countries are only the one listed to the terms and conditions. As any Casino we may update this based on our license requirements. They may ask us to update this time by time, in that case we will inform any existing users from those regions.

As I understand, I am in a so called gray area. There are laws, but it isn't strictly imposed or regulated, hence giving the casinos a chance to operate here. And there are many casinos that does that. My assumption is, that may be the reason, I didn't see any warning messages.
No I didnot sign up yet.

As I understand, I am in a so called gray area. There are laws, but it isn't strictly imposed or regulated, hence giving the casinos a chance to operate here. And there are many casinos that does that. My assumption is, that may be the reason, I didn't see any warning messages.

Gambling is banned in our country. But almost all the popular casinos operate in our country without any troubles. Dustbit said that if it is banned in your country by local law, you are not allowed to play there. I am sure they don't even know how many country banned gambling and how many local authority has banned gambling in their area. They just wrote it to satisfy the regulators and probably they will have a chance to ban the accounts if they ever find out that you are playing from a country where gambling is banned.

These kind of rules gives the casino a huge power over your account. I think you understand why didn't you see the warning when you visited their website. Gambling is banned here, but the government does not monitor it well.

Likely gambling is banned in your country with physical casinos with casino offices for people to visit and play there while with online casinos, your government and corresponding authorities have yet taken severe actions to enforce gambling ban enough.

Even so, if you play at online casinos, you are breaking the national law and actually have legal risk.

If Dustbit confirmed about that, it's strong reminder that if you are from a country with national law ban against gambling, you are not allowed to create an account at Dustbit and play there, as well as you should not do that for your fund safety. It's easy to find the list of restricted nations, areas in the Dustbit's ToS and know that whether with your nationality, you are allowed to join Dustbit or not welcome there.

So, knowing it beforehand would be the best approach here. It's better to know for sure than regret later (facing uncomfortable situations).

Correct. So, even if they don't show any warning or don't ban your account, you should not sign up there. The problem is, most of us do not even read the terms and conditions page. I do the same thing. So, I won't be surprised if I have already signed up at any casino where it is not allowed to sign up if the person belongs to a country where gambling is banned by local law.

I won't even realize that until I receive an email from the casino saying that my account has been banned. I don't gamble regularly, so I don't think I will be targated by any casino.
