NeoFarm Genetics is an ecosystem of neo-farms with a living asset registry protocol that transforms the biological cycle of livestock farming into a verifiable financial history.
Every animal on a neo-farm receives a digital passport on the blockchain: origin, genetic line, health status, and reproductive indicators. This data is recorded at the moment of the biological event and cannot be altered retroactively. That is precisely what distinguishes a neo-farm from a conventional registry.

The system is built on three principles:
1. Living asset registry.
Each animal or genetic line is formalized as a digital asset (NFT) with a verified history. This makes it possible to record origin and selection, confirm health status, track reproductive indicators, and attract financing for specific biological units — rather than for the operation as a whole.

2. Confirmation of real indicators.
The Proof-of-Health and Proof-of-Breeding mechanics record key events — not as administrative entries, but as on-chain facts with a verifiable source. This reduces disputes, builds trust, and simplifies interaction with investors and partners.

3. Financial instruments based on real production.
Derivative instruments are created from the verified history of a specific animal. Meat Futures are contracts on future output, tied to a particular animal with confirmed genetics and health history — not to an abstract volume. The farmer gains access to working capital without losing control over the operation.

The first neo-farm is an ecological pasture in Bolivia, ~350 ha. The biological cycle launches after the round closes and will serve as an organic source of liquidity until the full deployment of on-chain infrastructure.

As a result, NeoFarm Genetics builds a financial layer over livestock farming:
  • the biological cycle becomes measurable and verifiable,
  • origin and quality are confirmed at the moment of the event,
  • the farmer gains transparent reputation and access to capital,
  • the investor sees exactly where the funds are placed — down to the specific animal.

It's a structuring instrument for agriculture: registry, trust, and financing based on real and irreversible data.
