Using of eyeglasses is very important for the sake of our eyes strain , many depends on working with our phones and laptops in  daily Basis, work in the forum and other jobs via online, just few days I have been into this forum I noticed some eyes defects , sometimes I don't longer see clear due to constant usage of my phone and the screen reflection into my eyes Everytime ,so immediately I noticed this i ordered a recommended eyeglass for the sake of my eye strain and my job ,so using eyeglasses with anti reflective coating is highly recommended for this kinds of jobs so that our eyes will not damage suddenly.

I think this is actually a welcome and beautiful development , what did you think.
