Why aren't social casino's an actual social casino?

First things first, the definition of a "social" casino probably varies from person to person. What I mean by social casino, is an actual SOCIAL casino. I don't necessarily mean sweepstakes or playing with fake money. I just mean an interactive experience where it feels like you are going to casino with a friend. Not my friend just holding his phone and I sweat alongside next to him on facetime you know?

I didn't get your explanation on what you mean by social casino, but personally, I believe this to mean a casino where aside from the gamblers or those playing, there are still some other people watching the game and interacting with one another while also cheering for the the player they are individually supporting to win, this type of gambling is very common mostly with physical casinos and game like roulette, and card games like blackjack and the rest.

And speaking on social casinos no longer being or actually being social casino, I would say that maybe the growth and popularity of online casinos may have contributed greatly this, because with many people choosing to gamble through online casino, this means that our physical casinos may not as much be getting the type of crowd they used to get in the past when online casinos where non existent..

I don’t know what category of chat feature you’re clamoring for but so far you can interact with others through  open messages then it’s a chat feature and I’m sure most reputable Casinos have a chat feature to promote social interactions among those that want it .
I’ve used both Rollbit and Duelbit , they both have the chat features specially.

If you want a casino that you will interact with people and be social, you can visit the land based casinos instead if this is what you are referring to social casino, but you are wrong because this is not what social casinos are in real life. The need to stay confidential is most of the time the major factor that makes one choose online gambling. Making decisions and a clear focus by having no chatter or distractions are only possible when one plays. Online casinos are more suited at concentrated gambling as opposed to socializing. Yes, this is one of the disadvantages of physical casinos but this one is even better as we have heard news about people that won huge amount of money, given in the casino but followed by robbers to forcefully collect the money from the person that won the money. We have even discussed this on this forum before either one or two times. Anywhere there are other people that know other people, something like these should be expected.

Stake chat is available when you wager 500$ and it’s on separate channel which is on stake community forum. They make it as separate since they have their own forum which players hangout if they want to chat with other players.

Regarding BC, I remember they have chat box feature before but I don’t play there anymore so I can’t check it myself now. I think they are moving the chat feature on their telegram or discord channel.

Actually, I think people are experiencing a reversal of values, not just with casinos but with everything else... we are increasingly moving to digital platforms, isolating ourselves from the rest of the world or even from people close to our community, and then we suffer from this social deficit, from the problem of interacting less with real people, and we seek ways to recover this without having to leave the screens.

I think that is totally wrong! If you miss social interaction, you ca not find ways to do it virtually, you really need to leave the house, go to a public place, physically meet people and interact with them looking them in the eye, you understand? No virtual resource will ever replace that.

OP is literally asking for a form of social interaction from his post . When we talk about  "social" then it more like having some interactive experiences in a space, an example  is this forum but in a casino it will be with other gamblers in same  casino. This experience  could  differ depending on what a casino offers but most Casinos usually give their users chat  feature as a form of social  experience.

From the way I understand OP's post , he seem to be looking for something  more than just interacting with others gamblers through chat on the casino or their forums. His post wasn’t really about physical casinos I guess

Actually, real life casinos were truly social.

And when the first online casinos came online to crypto, there were actually very social too. Chatrooms and rains and games in chat etc.

But then the lowlifes all came in and begged in chat, and ruined things just for a few microcents of rain,,, and then modern crypto gambling casinos stopped it all out. Even Sportsbet was great but they stopped their chat.

Now all the socials move to forums like here.

It is not a bad suggestion from the OP, some people might be open to it, understanding from the OP, I can ask my friend to join or watch me gamble online in a casino, I will be the one spending real money while he watches and gives emotional support.

There will also be custom set up in the site to prevent exposing gamblers information and avoid screen records or screenshots for privacy reasons. It's a good initiative, what difference is it to people doing streams online.

Maybe you're too lonely when playing online casinos. If casinos are legal in your country, I don't think it's difficult to find a casino office or building they provide. I prefer landbased casino than online gambling sites. Yes you maybe right OP! Some interactions while playing with friends or family is wuite a bonding but not all people are the same. Some like to play alone, for me Im an open book and open for peer interactions. But its only sometime I went there with anyone. I even think that online gambling has made it possible for the population of gamblers to skyrocket which means that if there was no online gambling, the land based casinos and bookies will be crowded like never before but online casino have made things easy for players to sit at home and do their thing, so I agree with you that social casinos venues are not usually as full as before or as it's supposed to be if there were no online casinos.

I just think doing things with friends or in front of an audience makes things more fun and exciting. Even when I'm at the casino playing roulette or craps, it super easy to make friends (not always the case but you know what I mean lol).

In my country, there are lots of betting platforms where you can experience what you are talking about here, but all of these platforms are land-based. There are physical casinos, betting shops, and even local gatherings of gamblers with spectators under a tree or in public spaces where they play among themselves and compete with each other. Bottomline, this is still business and they still need to earn money at the end of the day. And I believe, it depends on the player himself, most traditional casinos/offline casinos can be a social casino already. That is, if you want to socialize, you really can. Mingling with people and connecting with them - you can already do this in traditional casinos.

I've seen my friends getting friends off a particular online game app, it works in a way that the both players will predict against each other. I can't explain how it works but what I know is that, the both bettor will be merged together by the app, where the possibility of chatting each other will be open, and then they vibes from there.
