**[SCAM ACCUSATION] MonkeyTilt Casino – Refusing to Pay $100,000 ETH Withdrawal – No Evidence, No Explanation**


What happened::
I deposited ETH on MonkeyTilt, accepted their advertised 500% Welcome Offer, played slots, and won approximately $100,000. I requested a withdrawal and completed full KYC the same day it was requested (25 February 2026). My account was then blocked with no explanation.

MonkeyTilt has since accused me of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and circumvention of safeguards  providing zero evidence for any of it. No linked accounts, no IP data, no session logs, nothing. I have one account registered under my real identity, verified with government-issued ID. I have video proof of my entire session showing completely normal gameplay.

Notably, MonkeyTilt has quietly removed their entire bonus and promotions section from their website since this dispute began. The 500% Welcome Offer I accepted is simply gone. A casino confident in its own terms does not erase them mid-complaint. Complaints against MonkeyTilt are growing across Casino Guru, LCB, AskGamblers and Trustpilot — the pattern is consistent: players win big, accounts get closed, vague T&C accusations follow with no evidence provided.

MonkeyTilt is operated by Kong Quest Ltd (Costa Rica), licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, with Cyprus-registered payment agent Green Cage Ltd (HE412827). MonkeyTilt is not provably fair  players cannot independently verify game outcomes, which makes it impossible to independently validate their session data claims. I have PMed their representative asking them to respond publicly on this thread. If you have had a similar experience with MonkeyTilt  especially account closures following large wins — please reply.

Are you sure about the domain? Is it monkeytilt.com? I have found their announcement thread, and it seems they even have a couple of positive feedback from the community. Also, I haven't noticed much scam accusation against them. To be honest, it sounds like I have heard about Monkey Tilt for the first time. Can you see if this is their announcement thread?

You should add all the details into your scam accusation thread. Please read the pinned post and follow the proper format for the scam accusation. Unless you add valid evidence against your claim, we can't help you. Can I know how much your initial deposit is? Have you withdrawn before, or is it your first time attempting it? Regarding the dates: I registered on MonkeyTilt on 24 February 2026 and accepted the 500% Welcome Offer on the same day as my first deposit. On the same day, 24 February 2026, MonkeyTilt sent me a KYC request. I submitted all documents the very next day on 25 February 2026. They delayed with out further notice every time they asked for a new kyc document I provided everything even a hand signed paper I am willing to do every verification that is needed.

I think your MonkeyTilt username is hoke1996; that should clearly be mentioned on the main thread as well. You still haven't made corrections to the scammer profile link; you may find from my above post it's their representative profile link. So your initial deposit was $400, and that was your first withdrawal. Is your withdrawal request still pending or cancelled?

It seems their representative became active last day. Not sure due to my personal message and email notification for that, but still I sent a PM; they were inactive. But I haven't gotten any reply from them, and also they haven't replied here. But still I believe the problem will be solved when they notice this thread. Previously seen, they have been friendly enough to solve issues.

To answer your questions about my account activity  here is the full picture:

I made an initial deposit of $400 and accepted the 500% Welcome Offer. Over the course of my session I wagered hundreds of thousands of dollars and had an exceptional run of luck. During this time I made one small withdrawal of 2 ETH and continued playing with the rest of my balance.

After requesting my main withdrawal, I waited approximately one month for KYC to be approved with no update. When it was finally approved, they then asked me to provide a photo of myself holding a piece of paper showing my username, the website name, and my signature. I provided that within 1 hour of the request. After that, it took another two weeks to get any response at all.

The pattern here is clear  every time I complied immediately, they found another reason to delay. This is not a KYC process. This is a stalling strategy.

I genuinely believe MonkeyTilt no longer has the liquidity to honour large withdrawals. The delays, the removal of bonus pages, the vague accusations with no evidence, the generic copy-paste responses  it all points in one direction. I hope their representative responds here and proves me wrong by simply paying what is owed.

That explains something, haha. This guy is such a crybaby and often enough plays so bad. Seen him numerous times on the show and mostly it ends in the same discussion. Always complaining when he loses, ALWAYS. Guess he needs to refresh his bankroll and therefor scam some players out of their winnings.

Yes, smelling something like this. They can't deny the bonuses; they should pay out winnings. I know the amount is big, but that's why gamblers gamble there to win; if funds are lost, then the casino never refund nor asksrefunds for KYC. All the drama is about when gamblers win from the platform. I was so hopeful they would solve this issue since they have a good reputation on the forum.

I am quite disappointed due to no response from their representative. After my PM they become active but never reply here or to my PM. Probably we have to walk to tag them unless they come here and explain the situation. Though we can't verify the real situation, at least a response from them would help to understand what's going on. Still waiting for their response, I have also written to their announcement thread. Regardless of the claims from the complainant the amount confiscated from the player account was $49,693.67 which constituted the entire balance on site at the time of closure. Due to data protection laws we’re not at liberty to dispense a list of complete usernames associated with the action taken against Hoke1996.

The General Terms & Conditions and Bonus Terms documents available on site contain all relevant provisions to the closure of Hoke1996’s account.

The above is a partial, non-exhaustive list of usernames directly connected to the individual in question as part of what our investigation indicates is a coordinated and sophisticated bonus abuse / multi-account network.

The individual has submitted complaints to AskGamblers, Casino.Guru, and LatestCasinoBonuses. We have been in continuous communication with these third parties as well as the complainant via email since the outset of our investigation, and we have shared detailed evidence with the third-party arbitrators at the above platforms. AskGamblers has already reviewed the matter and closed the complaint in our favor.

We intend to continue resolving this matter through these independent mediation channels and will fully cooperate with their processes. The complainant is welcome to pursue the case further with any of these platforms if they believe their position has merit.

Given the nature of the activity identified, and following the actions already taken against several associated accounts, we anticipate that additional linked ‘complaints’ will surface.
