I agree that the US dollar is the most sort after currency in the world mainly because the petroldollar is tied to it and every nation that either sells or buys crude oil uses it apart from just a handful of  countries who has always bypassed it example, China and Russia especially when trading amongst themselves. I will say maybe the meeting was done in his country because if it where to be elsewhere they would have been publications on that current development and plans but since it was not let him and his people adopt it till it is officially made known to others.
